
Blissful Contentment
This Compassionate Breathe practice was originally featured on my The Divine Within You Online Course and its aim is to lead you through the Breath, beyond the illusion of Duality, to a space within where you feel completely safe and compassionately held in the warmth of your Divine Essence, the wholeness of you. Please make sure you are in a calm place where you can either lean back or lie down, belly upwards, always breathing through the nose, effortlessly, deeply and gently into your belly.
