My name is Tasha Triana and I'm very grateful to be here with you today.
Start by getting yourself comfortable in your space,
Whether you're seated or lying down,
Either option works.
And go ahead and start closing down your eyes and allowing your thoughts and energy to focus on the breath.
Nice slow inhales through the nose and slow exhale through the mouth.
And as you're here focusing on the breath,
Allow your thoughts to settle,
Allow your energy to settle and start relaxing all the muscles in your body.
Starting with the top of your head and working your way down to the tips of your toes.
Continue focusing on the breath nice and slow.
And as you're moving throughout the body,
Notice if there's any areas where you might be holding stress or tension or tightness and really send your oxygen there,
Your breath,
Your life force.
And see if you're able to relax those muscles just a bit more,
Allowing yourself to soften,
To let go.
Today we will focus on the topic of trust,
Learning how to trust.
Trust in ourselves,
Trust in the universe,
Trust in divine timing.
What would your life look like if you were able to lean into trust just a bit more?
Maybe you have a situation or a scenario or relationship that might be causing you to be in your thoughts or to try to control the outcome.
What if you could apply trust?
Trust that the right outcome for you will unfold.
Trust that the universe always has your best interest in mind.
Trust that the universe is here to support you.
Trust that the universe has a bigger plan,
More magnificent than we could imagine.
Trust in the unfolding of it all.
Notice how trust feels in your body.
It feels expansive.
It feels calming.
It allows you to open up and surrender.
Trust in the divine timing.
Trust that life supports you.
Trust in yourself.
Trust in your body and mind working together.
Continue with the nice,
Slow,
Deep breaths,
Allowing your body to melt a bit more,
To soften,
To let go of any gripping or clenching or tightening.
Continue with the breaths nice and slow.
We will focus on a few mantras.
Allow yourself to repeat them back either silently or out loud.
I trust myself.
I trust the timing of life.
I trust the universe.
I trust that things are unfolding better than I could imagine.
I trust my body and mind are working in harmony.
I trust I'm exactly where I need to be at this moment.
