Finding a comfortable seated position in nature and taking some time as you find your seat to look around you,
To notice the space you're in and give thanks to it,
To give thanks to this place for having you,
For holding you and as you look around,
Noticing what things you are drawn to with your eyes and noticing now one thing that you are most drawn to,
To look at,
Letting your focus rest there and just being curious with your vision,
Exploring this aspect of nature that you're drawn to,
What is it that you're drawn to about it,
What is it reflecting to you about yourself and maybe you offer like a silent prayer to this part of nature that you're looking at,
To support you in being with what is,
To support you in being just as you are.
When you're ready,
Closing down your eyes and bringing your awareness to your internal nature now,
To what aspects within are being reflected to you,
Are calling for your attention,
What you're drawn to within and what is here and see whether you could notice the spaces around what's alive within you,
The resistance,
The judgment,
The expectation,
Noticing the parts of yourself that are holding,
That are moving away from what is and see whether with your next exhale you could release just some of the judgment,
The gripping,
The separation between you and what is,
Breathing in deeply and taking another exhale just to let it go a little,
One more like that together,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Noticing what is here,
Noticing the strongest sensation of what is here,
Feeling your body held by the earth,
Your body breathing for you,
Meeting you just as you are and when you're ready with your awareness on this place within,
Could you open your eyes gently and notice the first thing your eyes are drawn to again,
What does this aspect of nature reflect to you about what it is you're experiencing within,
Could you simply be with the vision of this outside of you and maybe you offer a silent prayer or a prayer out loud,
Please teach me,
Inviting your breath to pulse naturally as you be with nature here,
With yourself as you are,
The aspects within and without,
Giving them space to be,
Just a couple more moments here and as you next breathe in,
Inviting whatever it is you're gazing at to kind of enter into your being and into this sensation that you're being present with,
As you exhale let your body settle,
Take two more rounds like breathing in the energy of whatever it is you're gazing at,
Letting it meet your internal nature and as you exhale let it all settle,
Breathing it in and exhaling,
Remembering that you are not separate from the earth but of her,
Thanking her,
This space for your practice,
Thanking yourself for this practice and when you're ready gently waking up the body and entering into the rest of your
