What about imposter syndrome? What is it? Imposter Syndrome is not recognising your ability to do and be where you are right now. However, it is not possible for you to get to where you are right now without having the attributes, the knowledge, and the skills needed to be there. So, what has been missed is the acknowledgment of the life experience that you have already had, the adversity you have overcome, the difficulties you faced, and the learning you have done. All of these have gone unnoticed. This meditation will teach your subconscious, your inner child, and your nervous system that you are safe where you are and it will take you along your lifeline so that you can honor yourself, increase your confidence, and let go of your imposter syndrome so that you can take on new experiences with confidence because you truly recognize your abilities.

So breathing in through the nose and out through the nose and as you're breathing in,

Taking your attention to your heart space,

Filling up that heart space with pure love,

As you're breathing out,

Dropping into relaxation.

So breathing in pure love of the divine,

Breathing out all negativity,

Patterns,

Processes,

Beliefs,

Habits,

Behaviours that no longer serve.

Keeping that circle going,

Breathing in from the universe,

Letting go all that's not needed,

Dropping deeper and deeper into a beautiful state of relaxation.

Checking in with where you are right now,

I want you to,

Just in your mind's eye,

Raise yourself up.

Notice that you're safe as you raise yourself up.

I want you to float yourself back along your time line.

Floating above your time line,

Right back to the point before you were born.

Right back to your soul family.

Right back to that instant when you made the agreement to come down to experience the life that you live in the embodied state right now.

I want you to turn around to that presence,

To that being,

To that soul with gratitude.

Say thank you.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm full of admiration and gratitude for the courage that you have to come into this incarnation.

As you float a little bit further down,

You come to the point where you're born,

And again with gratitude and with thanks for taking the steps to have the courage to manifest on this planet,

In this moment.

Taking yourself to the point where you're learning to walk with gratitude and with love and with sheer admiration for that child who never gave up.

Every time they fell over,

They got up and continued to learn.

To that child who took on the language,

Who only self-consciously made mistakes and still carried on with gratitude,

Admiration for that intelligent,

Tenacious,

Courageous,

Joyful,

Playful child.

Floating forward as you go to school,

To primary school or junior school,

With thanks for all the adversity,

All of the newness,

All of the fear,

All of the difficult experiences that you had whilst going through your junior school.

Then into your senior school and again with gratitude,

Admiration for the courage that you took to grow and step into your young adult.

With gratitude and thanks for all of the difficult times that you faced,

All adversity that you faced,

All of the fun that you had,

All of the fears,

All of the worries that you had,

That you came through,

That you dealt with.

Taking yourself further forward,

Watching yourself,

Meeting the adversities of life as they've come to you.

As they've come to you,

With gratitude and with love,

Respect and honour.

See how incredible you are to have come through all of this adversity.

Notice the patterns and the beliefs that you've taken on to keep yourself safe along this journey.

Visualise yourself standing there with these patterns,

Beliefs,

Thoughts,

Habits,

Behaviours,

Chords that keep you trapped and see that you no longer need them because you just witnessed how courageous,

How phenomenally strong,

How brilliantly you shine as you move forward through life and see yourself stepping out of this cloak made up of those chords,

Contracts,

Binds,

Beliefs,

Habits,

Thoughts,

Stepping out and stepping forward.

See yourself standing in your pure strength,

Your pure power that is you,

Coming from a space of love in your heart.

Feel that strength emanating from you because that's what you are,

Pure love.

What I want you to do is do some breath work,

So we're going to breathe in through the mouth,

In,

Out,

In,

Out.

Filling up your belly and your chest as you're breathing in through the mouth,

Out through the mouth.

If you need to breathe through the nose,

That's absolutely fine.

Continue with this beautiful,

Life-bringing,

Energising,

Universal breath.

Breathing in,

Letting go.

Breathing in,

Letting go.

With every in-breath,

Vitalising yourself,

Bringing in your strength,

Bringing in your power,

Expanding your heart space,

Expanding the love that flows through every cell within your body.

Keeping that breathing going,

Feeling it reaching every inch of your body,

Bringing in bright light right down to your fingertips,

Right down to your toes,

Emanating out through and past your body.

And after three breaths,

I want you to hold your breath,

So breathing in,

One,

Breathing in,

Two,

Breathing in,

Three,

Breathing in and hold.

Breathing in,

Breathing in,

More,

More,

More,

More,

More,

Hold.

Staying with a relaxed body and just owning,

Eating every cell in your body of the power,

The strength,

The love,

The joy,

The compassion,

The peace,

The contentment,

The happiness that you are.

Breathing out with a sigh and a sound,

Ah,

And again,

Breathing in through the mouth,

Ah,

And out.

In,

Ah,

And out.

Keeping that breathing pattern going,

Really bringing in that beautiful universal light,

So it enriches right down to your DNA,

So that you're lighting up aspects of your DNA that to this point have been dormant,

Lighting up these positive,

Beautiful aspects of your DNA.

You're breathing for all of those times that you've held your breath through fear.

You're breathing for all of those times that you've held your breath through worry.

All of those times you've held your breath to keep you safe.

You're breathing for all of those times that you've held your breath to keep yourself invisible.

All of those times that you've held your breath for protection,

Keeping that breathing going,

In through the mouth,

In through the mouth,

Filling up that body with beautiful,

Pure love.

On the count of three,

Three breaths,

Again,

Holding your breath,

One breath,

Two breaths,

Three breaths,

Breathing in more,

More,

More,

More,

More,

Holding your breath,

Tensing up your body from your bottom all the way up through your spine,

Sending that energy up through your spine,

Through your neck,

Through your mind,

Up out through the top of your head,

Holding that tension,

Staying with the held breath,

Relax the tension,

Just feel that flow of energy coming through your body and letting go.

Take your breathing back to its normal pattern,

Allowing yourself to regulate,

Allowing all of your cells,

All of your structure,

All of your neuropathways,

All of your DNA to realign into this beautiful,

Powerful,

Loving,

Passionate,

Feeling how good that feels.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose,

Out with a sigh and a smile.

In through the nose,

Out with a sigh and a smile.

Beautiful.

Checking in with your feet,

Making sure that you're fully embodied,

Checking in with your legs,

Making sure that you're fully home,

Checking in with your bum and your body and your torso and your shoulders and your neck and your head and reaching up,

Big stretch and a big yawn like you're waking up in the morning.
