Awareness has a healing quality to it.
It is proven that wherever you direct your mind,
The blood flow increases in that area.
Just take a moment and let yourself feel the whole lower part of your body,
The pelvis and the lower abdomen,
The whole abdomen.
And notice if there's any tension or any soreness,
Any form of tightness,
Or just allow your tailbone to gently release downward as the spine elongates upward.
Then take a moment just to notice your body in general,
Your face,
Your tongue,
Your eyes.
Awareness moves so fast throughout the body like a lightning bolt.
The way awareness is able to receive the body is so amazing.
And as you feel your body in general,
Notice how's your energy level this morning.
If there's any form of tiredness or soreness,
It's actually very powerful to feel the muscles and bones just as they are.
We take a moment to feel what's sore,
What's relaxed,
What's tight.
And most importantly,
Allowing it to be just as it is,
Not trying to change anything.
The same way that you notice your physical body,
Notice your emotional body.
How are you feeling?
How have you been feeling?
What has been your mood?
Notice how the mood affects the body.
It manifests in the body.
At a deeper level than the mood is the energy level,
How energetic you feel this morning,
Or how low energy it is.
And if you feel low energy,
Where in your body you identify that sensation of being low in energy?
It might be a generalized feeling,
But it could also be an area of the body that feels a little weak.
Then also notice your mind.
How active is it this morning?
Does it focus?
Or is there a rambling mind?
Don't judge it.
Don't try to change it.
Just allow,
Even if the mind is a little fidgety or unfocused.
And underneath the mind is your self-awareness,
The subtlest aspect of our being.
The beauty about being is that it's non-reactive.
Being automatically accepts everything,
Allows everything.
It's the mind and it's thinking that it's reactive,
That rejects and gets attached.
But in pure being there's just awareness.
Your being is not afraid.
Your being is neither courageous.
It's just attribute-less.
And it's so powerful when we remember that we are that.
Beyond the body,
Beyond the emotions,
Beyond the energy,
Beyond the thinking,
Is the foundation,
The ground of being.
It's always there.
Everything in life shifts and change comes and goes.
But being remains.
It's the foundation for it all.
Can you feel that?
That you are the foundation of it all.
Everything arises in you and everything dissolves in you.
And as you allow everything to be as it is,
There's a gentle and sweet well-being.
As you tap into that essential well-being,
Notice how there are subtle changes arising in your body-mind.
Everything starts falling into place.
Harmony arises,
A deeper harmony.
Even more,
This essential being that we are,
Since it doesn't have a shape or form or attribute,
Is universal.
We all share this beingness.
In being,
We are one.
You can also think of your being as limitless.
You're not confined to the body,
But encompassing everything that you experience.
Oneness with life.
We are this river of life.
This beautiful,
Complex,
Infinite river of existence,
Flowing through time.
There's nothing to control.
There's nothing to do,
Really,
But to rest in what you are,
Knowing that it is complete.
There's a perfect river of existence,
Savoring wholesomeness.
This is why it is said that the highest state is the most natural state.
