A journey into love,
Compassion and emotional healing.
The Anahata Chakra is your heart center,
The gateway to unconditional love and deep connection with others and yourself.
When your Anahata Chakra is balanced,
Self-compassion,
Self-love and love from the universe flows effortlessly.
This Anahata Chakra Meditation is designed to ground you and to release what no longer serves you and to open your heart to receiving the abundance of unconditional love in the universe.
Let's begin our journey to the place of limitless love and compassion and kindness.
Let's begin by settling in to a comfortable seated or lying down position.
When you are ready to do so,
Gently close your eyes and just take some peaceful,
Easy breaths,
Breathing in through the nose and slowly exhaling through the nose,
Allowing your body to soften and relax with each easy breath and kindly guide your awareness to your physical body and just become aware of your physical body,
Connected,
Feeling a sense of safe and security with Mother Earth,
Will guide our awareness from the base of our meditation posture to the upper body and the arms and the head,
Just becoming aware of the whole body,
Whole body and then tuning back in with the breath,
We'll shift our attention to our heart,
Just imagine your breathing in,
Out of your heart and we'll visualize a beautiful soft green light,
Beautiful healing light at the chest and we'll breathe in a beautiful green healing energy into the heart as we inhale and as you exhale,
Just imagine your heart releasing and softening and we'll start to breathe in self-love and compassion and breathe out anything holding you back,
That's it,
Breathe into your heart,
Self-love,
Compassion,
Kindness,
Self-acceptance,
Breathe out,
Letting go,
Anything that no longer serves you flows out of the body and now repeat with me silently or aloud and allow these affirmations to radiate through your entire being,
I am love,
I am open to receiving love,
I feel safe and I forgive myself and others,
I am love,
I am worthy of deep unconditional love,
Love flows through me and I trust in the healing power of the universe and my heart and I now let go of of anything in the past and open my heart to the infinite space of the abundance of the love the universe has for me,
Repeat any of these affirmations this resonates with your heart or repeat your own affirmations,
And we just guide our awareness back to the breath and simply rest in the positive vibrations of these powerful words and just feel your heart warmer,
More open,
Light and expansive,
Well done for giving yourself and your heart the time to blossom with this meditation,
We've been practicing Anahata chakra meditation to awaken higher levels of self-compassion and to receive unconditional love that is an abundance of the universe and then with the knowing the love and compassion is always within you and in the universe,
We'll slowly just return our awareness back to the physical body,
Awareness of our breath,
Awareness of our surroundings,
And we'll slowly return with the knowing and remembering that we are worthy of love and that we are kind and compassionate to ourselves and we are more than capable of receiving and giving love freely and we are open to receiving the abundance of love in the universe,
