You you you We continue with the transmission today just making sure that you've created a space around you that is conducive for still meditation just making sure that if there are any technical devices or phones,
TVs,
Radios,
They're turned down or turned off.
So as you find this quiet space,
Just coming back to the breath as you breathe in and breathe out just coming back to the rhythm within the breath just sensing just being present to the rhythm of the breath.
So you breathe in deeply and breathe out letting go just becoming aware of this rhythm,
Physical sensation within the body,
Just the wonderful flow within the breath,
Wonderful awareness as you breathe in and breathe out,
Shift in consciousness as you breathe in and breathe out.
Letting all other aspects of experience become less important and focus more on the sensation or the rhythm,
The vibration of breath.
So all becomes part of breathing even the way that you perceive the world.
So as you breathe in there is a sense of wow I'm aware,
My awareness is expanded and I'm aware from a very wonderful perspective of all is part of everything.
There's an interconnection or a symbiosis that connects all aspects of experience,
All life forms,
All aspects that manifest within this dimension.
As you breathe out letting go of all the bits and pieces that sometimes clutter our lives.
Those bits and pieces like thoughts and feelings and situations,
Manifestations that we are focused upon,
Just letting that go,
Putting your attachment to such go as you breathe out.
It's okay just to be present,
Detached and aware,
Present to all and everything without being caught or part of the dynamics of certain situations that sometimes deplete us of energy,
Deplete us of our enthusiasm or our excitement to be part of this rhythm,
The breath.
So very wonderful to let go in this way,
The simplicity of various experiences become much more present within our physical,
Emotional,
Mental realms of experience,
Bodies of experience.
And so wonderful just to give yourself this moment here being present to nothing else but the movement of consciousness.
Such an aware presence to consciousness allows for us to reconnect,
Find our space,
Find our place within the manifestation of all and everything,
Find ourselves,
That which is aware,
We find ourselves within the experience.
So awareness is highlighted through the experience that we're having.
So even just the simplicity of breathing in and breathing out becomes a wonderful journey of awareness.
So the breath highlights our state of awareness,
Our state of transcendence within awareness.
Awareness is more than just mundane,
Awareness is wonderful movement towards connection,
Towards oneness,
Towards this state of symbiosis where we know we are part of much more than that middle that perhaps the mind is focused on or the emotional realm is caught within or the physical body is suffering from.
We know this knowledge,
This wisdom is part of aware presence.
You're aware of this wonderful state of consciousness within your presence,
Within the presence that happens when your attention,
Your focus,
Your thoughts,
Your feelings,
Your energy,
Your intuition is here rather than somewhere else.
Deep breath.
Letting go.
Relaxing.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Just enjoying this moment of stillness,
Bringing sense of likeness,
Bringing a sense of joyous likeness to your experience.
So whatever heavy thoughts or heavy feelings burden you or weigh you down,
Just allowing them to be part of
