Rain hitting the valley You Hello.

Just as you prepare for the transmission,

Giving yourself this time now to just come back into a state of stillness.

Very often when we listen to the news or when we watch the news on TV or social media,

When we are exposed to the communication of what is happening in the world,

It's very easy to fall into this attitude that the situation is just too complex,

It's too difficult to change the world because the world is just at this point in a very difficult mess.

And so transforming the world or the other people within these situations,

Other people who may be suffering,

This is something that the mind perceives as just too difficult.

When you come back to stillness,

When you come back to this state of meditation,

This consciousness within meditation,

You are reaching out to,

You're reaching out and connecting to a very different dimension of reality.

Transformation within this mundane level of reality where the linear mind is sort of looking at good and bad and judging the situation as good or bad,

It's very difficult to change the intensity of the situation when your mind is in this linear state of perception.

The intensity can change when you move beyond the problem or when you transcend into a state of higher consciousness and allow for the energy of your mind to look at all the possibilities.

And there's always a possibility that perhaps we don't even begin to recognize when the mind is caught up in the energy,

The linear energy of perception,

Just because when there is a problem,

The mind is hardwired to resolve the problem by going into the negative bias and looking at the situation from the perspective of a problem.

So this linear dimension very often creates this attachment to the situation that then makes it fairly impossible to move or transcend beyond such and experience a perception that comes from the perspective that a bigger or a more detached perspective of the situation when you are able to stand back and watch what is going on.

Very often there are clues and intuitions that help you to transform not just yourself,

But also to transform situations and other people around those situations in a very beautiful way.

This is what you can do today.

You don't need to blame yourself.

You don't need to blame others.

You don't need to blame the world for whatever is happening at this moment that may be creating suffering.

You can just spend a few moments coming back to the stillness within.

This is the first step of any meditational practice that you have the ability to step back and to watch what's going on,

To be an observer,

To be aware,

To be mindful,

To observe from this state of observation rather than from the state of reaction to a situation.

Very subtle but very different.

To be able to observe from a detached perspective is very different from observing because you're suffering,

Observing the situation because there is a reaction to the suffering or the pain or the perception.

So to step back means that you step back from the space of your mind and you come back home to this deep stillness within.

You connect more profoundly to the heart.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Step back from the mundane now.

Just give yourself a few moments to connect to this space.

This space is sacred.

Coming back to your heart is a sacred space.

A sacred space is a space that is very different from the one that the mind is used to.

So stepping back is a very intentional practice.

To step back means that you leave the situation as it is,

So your mind judging and worrying about whatever it is that it might be judging or worrying,

You leave that.

You don't try to change it.

You don't battle with that part of yourself.

You leave it by coming back to a deeper trust within your heart,

Understanding that as you create perspective,

As you step back and look at the situation,

Then you're creating a connection within your perception to the sacred,

To your heart.

So this alignment isn't neglect or trying to sweep things under the carpet.

It's rather just breathing more deeply,

Stepping back and looking from within the sacred,

From within the sacred that is you.

You're in alignment now to the sacred,

To your heart.

So when you connect not to the emotional heart,

But to the sacredness of this moment,

Then there is still pain,

There is still suffering,

But there is a level of compassion and nurture that allows you to come back to trusting the peace,

Joy and healing that happens beyond this very normal level of perception that we are very addicted to or very caught up within.

You can do this for several minutes.

You can just let go and come back to the stillness within.

This means that if you notice that your mind is sort of caught up in judgment or pain or guilt or feeling a victim to the situation,

Trying to justify,

Trying to correct certain ways of thinking or trying to,

Hoping for change,

Wishing that that change had happened before,

Blaming,

Pain,

All these negative emotions and mental perceptions.

Let them go.

Let them go by being aware,

Coming back to this awareness within yourself,

Being aware that that is a part of your structure,

Of course,

The way that the mind thinks,

The way it's manipulated by the ego,

This is part of humanity's structure,

But for now,

You don't need to stay caught up within that structure.

You can detach.

So even if you've done something that you feel really guilty about,

If you've acted badly or inappropriately,

Or if you've said or done something,

Or if you've created a situation that's created more pain for you or for someone else,

Let go.

You can trust as you come back to the state,

This sacred state within your heart,

You can trust that here,

The dimension of perception is not as linear as the mind here.

There is a expansive state of connection to the sacred.

You're connected not just to the sacred within your mental perception,

But you're connected to the wisdom,

The universal wisdom,

The sacredness that is all around you.

So you are just a minute little dot in this wonderful expanse of consciousness.

And as you become aware that you are not really the center of thinking,

You're not the center of feeling,

You're not the center of perception,

That you are an aspect of creation,

This wonderful creation that is so,

So beautiful and so beyond those thoughts that you're having,

That really,

The blame or the pain or the suffering doesn't matter.

You can let it go and be open and receptive to the sacredness and bring this not just to the awareness of your mind,

But bring this into the awareness of the energy field that is around you.

You can do this by breathing in and breathing out this beautiful energy,

This alignment can breathe into this alignment and connect your body to this alignment to the sacred,

The alignment to the sacred that is all around you.

And as you do this,

It's natural to remove yourself from seeing the world from your own self-centered perceptions and to connect to this expansive perception that is very different from the mental one or the emotional one that most human beings tend to fall back into.

And as you do this,

What you're doing is holding the light.

You're actually so connected and so deeply in alignment with the beautiful sacredness that is the light of consciousness,

That is the light of the divine,

That is the light of just what is beyond words,

You cannot even explain in words.

You're in deep connection.

I call this activity.

It's not really an activity.

It's a natural state of being.

I call this flow,

This natural state of being,

Holding the light.

So you can hold the light and transform from within this trust,

From within this alignment,

You can transform the energy of the space that is around your body,

Around your head.

Maybe if you're worrying or you're stressed,

There's a lot of energy around your head.

You can connect now to this beautiful trust that allows you to expand into the light.

You can remind yourself of the attributes that are part of this beautiful light,

Compassion,

Love,

Healing,

Peace,

Joy.

All these beautiful attributes remind you of something much more than just what the mind is caught up with then.

So take a few minutes breathing into your body and connecting to the energy,

Transforming the energy around your head,

Around your heart,

Around different parts of your body so that this light expands all around you.

You hold your experience of this moment within this beautiful light that allows you to see and understand and perceive and sense this state of expansion as you continue to focus on presence,

As you continue to breathe in deep breath and breathe out letting go.

Letting go of just the mental perceptions that hold you back,

Letting them go.

And knowing that as you do this,

You're connecting to the light of consciousness and everyone,

Every human being has this seed of consciousness within them and they've nurtured this seed,

Expanding to the experience that you're having now.

So through your compassion,

Through your love,

Through your healing,

You are extending your hand out towards those who may have forgotten how to nurture this deep part of themselves.

Your practice,

Even if invisible,

Even if it doesn't make sense to those around you,

Your practice nurtures the seed so that it grows within,

Within as a beautiful sense of love or a beautiful sense of compassion,

Of course,

Grows within your experience.

You are experiencing this state of transcendence,

But also helps others to grow in the same way.

So your compassion,

Your love transforms others and transforms specific situations,

But not from the thinking mode or the feeling mode or the blame mode or whatever mode that the mind is so very used to,

But rather from just coming back to this state of expansion where you're in alignment to the sacredness that is all around you,

Where you're holding the light.

And as you widen your circle of compassion and love so that people around you,

The ones that you care about,

The ones that are there in your life,

Begin to recognize this light and you hold them in the light,

You can also extend the circle of compassion so that,

The circle of love,

So that you move towards those people that you may not know or that you feel more neutral about,

Or even those who you dislike or find difficult can extend the circle of compassion so that you notice that there is more light.

The more light that you are connected to,

The more light that you're expanding into,

The more this light helps you to breathe out the suffering,

To breathe out the pain,

To breathe in peace,

Love and joy,

And to connect this to all aspects of your experience,

The situations around you or the other people around you in a way that makes sense,

In a way that you find helpful,

In a way that speaks to your heart.

Deep within your heart you know that this practice helps to set you free,

Helps to set others free,

Helps to free situations so that they support you and nurture you so that you continue expanding within this state of deep,

Deep awareness.

Deep awareness connecting you to love,

Compassion and the sacredness that is all around you.

Breathing in deep into your abdomen,

Breathing out and letting go.

Letting go as you breathe out and spending a few moments just relaxing,

Enjoying the stillness and holding the light deep within your heart.

Thank you.
