You you you you Finding a comfortable place to be open and receptive and relaxed making sure that if there is any distractions in the background technologies such as mobile phones or whatever and that they're turned off And then we will continue with the transmission it's a wonderful day to continue with Transmission every day is wonderful,

But today especially a good day good energy to put into motion different Intentions in in the spiritual practice in the meditational practice,

But also in life in a general way,

It's a Positive day sometimes days are just positive.

Do you know like a summer day?

Things are just warm and vibrant and alive and then it's easier things flow in an easier way and Even if things are a little bit difficult at times situations arise and things can be more complex more difficult than We we want them to be yesterday I was speaking about the importance of letting go and how the process of letting go is very much part of the meditational practice meaning that Meditational practice is not so much about reaching out or trying to Find something out there,

But it's much more about opening up to that which is already present within yourself by letting go of that which creates the obstacles or the different confusions that the mind very often attaches itself to or the various emotional states that We can get very easily caught in To let that go is Very much more part of meditation than trying to do something extra trying to do something different So the letting go process is very much an important aspect of meditational practice Not only when things aren't flowing or when things are difficult say if you're sitting in meditation and you constantly keep thinking about the situation or a thought that just doesn't want to disappear and is there very prominent grabbing all all sorts of energies your mental energies,

But also your the energy of enthusiasm then what is important to remember is that we can actually Let go of whatever we decide to let go of through knowledge through wisdom knowledge And this knowledge is the knowledge that is part of transmission And it's very difficult to quantify this Knowledge and say okay.

This knowledge is ABC Because it goes beyond verbal communication This knowledge is something that you already know It's already it's a universal knowledge.

It's not something that is specific to one person or group of people or a religion or a philosophy or Just an insight it's a universal aspect that we all humanity shares It's deep within just as we share the breath the oneness of living in symbiosis with all life we share also this universal knowledge that mystics and poets and various people have called Knowledge or wisdom love awareness consciousness and there are different names that we we use to Sort of identify something that is very difficult to put into words.

So hence why Different people use different words because it's very difficult to quantify It's very difficult to put into like a little box and say this is what knowledge is So with this knowledge with this wisdom that sometimes is not obvious because deep within ourselves sometimes we're very confused or very caught up in situations that prevent us from seeing that inner knowledge that exists within us within deep within beyond the mind and beyond the emotional barriers and structures even the structures of the mind beyond such That there is a knowledge the structures of the mind meaning that the mind sometimes can get caught in What is known in neuroscience as negative bias meaning that we look at problems and very very much remain focused upon certain problems so the structure of the mind can create an atmosphere or a A sort of space where we are thinking in a certain way.

So that's the structure of the mind that sometimes prevents us from seeing our potential And there are many other aspects of our personality and social setting and cultural setting that also can prevent us from seeing this wisdom or this knowledge and simply because the focus isn't coming back to this present moment.

The focus isn't about this present moment.

The focus is about the future and about things that we're thinking about that will happen in the future or that we wish to happen in the future or past situations that we're sort of reminiscing about or wondering about or just remembering So it's very difficult to naturally come back to wisdom naturally come back to wisdom to this
