Noisy environments inside and out may disrupt our sense of equilibrium. But as we tune into the universal energies, we can connect to unity and separate from conflict. Tony Samara leads this 18-minute breathing meditation with long silent spaces that allow us to flow into the rhythm of the cosmos and move closer to this state of unity.

You you you you you you you you As we tune into the rhythm of the cosmos,

As we tune into the universal energy that supports all aspects of life,

Then we come back to a unity,

A unity that is a stillness,

Because there is no conflict,

There is no agitation,

There is no nervousness,

There is no stress,

All those things that are so very common in the world today.

So as you breathe in and breathe out,

Connect to the rhythm,

The rhythm of your breath,

But also the rhythm of the cosmos.

Imagine the cosmos breathing in with you and breathing out with you.

And with every breath that you breathe in,

Just be open and receptive to the gifts that come your way.

And with every breath that you breathe out,

Let go of that which no longer serves you,

That which compromises your dream or limits,

Your movement towards this state of unity.

If you feel separate,

Alone,

Upset,

Angry,

Distressed,

Let that go on the out-breath,

Physically,

Emotionally,

Mentally and visually.

Imagine that you're letting attention,

The agitation,

The suffering,

Whatever it may be,

Letting that go as you breathe out.

Deep,

Long out-breath.

Extend the duration of the out-breath and then breathe in and then breathe deeply out.

Extend the duration of the out-breath.

So the out-breath is slightly longer than the in-breath.

Now connect to the rhythms and the sensations that you tune into as you relax into the breath,

As you allow the flow of the breath to guide you.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Deep out-breath and continue.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Letting go.

You you you Deep breath,

Extending the duration of the out-breath and letting go,

Relaxing into the stillness,

In the flow of this moment,

The energy that you connect to as you let go,

As you relax into this moment.

You you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you Deep breath,

Allowing the energy to invite you to the very still space,

Very clear and still space that's beyond words,

Beyond feelings,

Just a deep stillness,

Deep connection.

As you breathe in,

Inviting the energy of stillness to be in alignment with every cell in your body,

Every aspect of your being,

As you breathe out,

Letting go,

Relaxing,

Extending the duration of the out-breath.

You you you Just use these next few minutes to connect to the integration that's happening within,

As you explore and invite the stillness into the physical realm.

You may notice that the body relaxes,

That the energy flows through your body in a different way.

Maybe you feel warmer,

Maybe there are tingling sensations in your body.

There are all sorts of sensations that are unique that you can explore and connect to and integrate into the space of healing that you're now inviting into your body,

As you invite the stillness deep into all parts of your body,

The organs,

The cells of your body.

And the same for the emotional body,

As you relax the emotions and the feelings within,

Just notice how the stillness communicates to you in a very different way.

Notice that perhaps different emotions and different feelings,

More relaxed ones,

More still ones come up to the surface and communicate to you in a different,

Perhaps more kind and nurturing way.

And notice the same for the mental aspect of your being,

Your thoughts,

The mind.

Notice how the stillness invites the mind to relax into a state of expansion,

Not to be very preoccupied with the specific thoughts contracted and limited in the way that those thoughts sometimes work,

But rather there is a freedom in the stillness that you can explore as you let go.

Maybe you notice a sense of expansion,

Important,

Meaningful thoughts coming and going,

Perhaps just the thoughts in the background and there is there is a sort of wisdom that you connect to as you let go into the stillness.

And the same for the energy of the body,

Just notice in the next few days how the energy in your body and your being interacts and communicates to the world.

Notice the changes.

Start from the sensations in your body and then work your way all the way to the more subtle aspect of energy.

Deep breath.

You may wish to now spend a few more moments in integration and stillness.

Thank you.

You
