Closing your eyes.

Just making sure that you look at the point in between your eyes,

This point which is known as the third eye.

Relaxing the muscles in the eyes so that there is no tension in the way that you're looking.

You're just relaxed and flowing.

And as you look,

Just seeing the light that flows through this point.

Perhaps imagining beautiful flame or a candlelight.

This infinite possibility of expansion,

Just allowing yourself to experience this as you become lighter and lighter,

More connected,

More focused on this point.
