This practice uses binaural audio at .5Hz, giving access to delta brainwave entrainment. The guided meditation supports the practitioner in cultivating more awareness of the middle way. Through a parallel to nature's cycles and the even fluctuation of the breath, the meditation exposes the naturalness of holding both ends of polarity with no expectation.
