Welcome,

Gather in,

Join the Sacred Circle and find some rest.

It is an honor to be here guiding you in this journey of creating space,

Sacred space,

For us to visit and inhabit and eventually transform how we go out into the world and how we love and live.

And tuning in to your breath.

Really just honoring and accepting wherever your body is at with its breath.

Notice if there is an urge to try to deepen the breath or if there's a part of you that wants to keep it at a different pace and just see what might happen if you can honor and listen to where your body is at and just see how it wants to breathe.

Perhaps notice if any gentle movements,

Whether seated or lying down,

Maybe making gentle circles with our hips,

Our neck.

Maybe just moving ever so subtly,

Really gathering a sensation of groundedness.

Welcome to now.

And we're inviting in a sacred space holding,

A sacred container within yourself that's already there,

Ready and waiting.

We just forget.

We get lost.

We've lost our way.

And yet we can breathe and be in this moment without anything to do or change.

Just existing.

Your existence is enough.

You in this moment are so damn enough.

So,

So,

So full of possibilities,

Potential,

Change-making.

What sets your heart on fire?

What calls to you?

What lights your heart up?

What did you love to do as a child?

Or perhaps what you wanted to be when you grew up or what you might imagine.

Just seeing if there's a way to drift back into a space of freedom before all the learning and disconnection from our bodies and hearts.

But really see deep down in this body space when and where it remembers that freedom,

The ability to just be and do and play and explore without the need to be a good girl,

A good boy.

Who am I without the world telling me who I have to be?

Who am I?

Observing the body and in particular feeling grounded.

Notice the areas of connection between you and whatever is being held,

However you're being supported.

And just see if maybe there's a way to let go.

Maybe just,

Maybe just 2%,

5%.

Just experiment with letting go just a little bit more.

Letting the surface beneath you support you.

What might it be like to see everything around us is for us,

Loving us,

Cheering us on instead of this false isolation,

Disconnection,

Loneliness.

Loneliness is an epidemic in our society these days.

We're all freaking lonely and yet we're ashamed to talk about it because there's somehow something that it's like we're weak or something.

But we are wired for connection.

How can we start with ourselves?

The ones that are closest,

Right inside our own heart.

How might I free myself to love myself 1% more than I do right now?

What might being just a little bit freer on the inside look like?

What magic might ripple out of that into the world,

Into other people's lives and lighting their fire and their inspiration?

Self love,

Sharing out in the world and teaching others this art of love.

It spreads like a contagious wildfire of the best transformative kinds.

You are enough,

So damn enough.

You have everything within you already to accomplish all of these hopes and dreams that you've been blessed with.

These dreams,

These yearnings,

They're in there because they're calling for you.

These wild ideas,

These great big things that we think maybe are just outside of our limits and we're just dreaming too big.

What if that's a glimpse of the potential future?

If we just allowed ourselves to stay and explore a little bit more before dismissing it.

You are loved.

You are so,

So powerful.

You are lighter than you can imagine in terms of your bright light you want to share in the world.

Taking some exhales and just finding space to be.

You've perfected the art of doing.

How can we learn to be?

As you are ready,

Gradually bring awareness of sensations,

Movement to your body,

Perhaps wiggling fingers,

Toes.

Taking a few stretches,

Pausing,

And noting what you want to take with you from this rest time today.

And maybe it's just,

Hey,

This felt good.

Can I do this some more?

Whatever comes up for you,

Whatever feels like is in the highest good of all,

I encourage you to go shine that light.

Be brave.

Be your vulnerable real self.

It's so much more beautiful than this polished,

Crazy thing we do online.

People are hungry for realness.

How can you share just a little bit more real today?
