Transcript

Welcome to this morning meditation.

I invite you to find a comfortable seat allowing the body to soften allowing the sit bones to ground down into the floor or into the mat or whatever you are sitting on keeping a nice and tall spine think about lifting up through the crown of the head allowing the shoulders to soften away from the ears as you start to relax the physical body start to tune into the breath breathing in through the nose and out through the nose cultivating a simple slow and steady breath remember that the breath is your anchor that brings your mind back into alignment with the body we sit here in the present moment allowing the breath to harmonize mind and body now take a deep inhale in feeling the air rise through the lungs through the whole body and slowly exhale out out feeling the abdomen fill up with more fresh air and as you breathe out as you exhale releasing all stagnant stale energy that sits within you and take three more rounds of breath like this a deep inhale in through the nose and a full exhale out making sure that you relax the whole body while doing so and as you exhale out with the next few rounds of breath we're going to try humming on the exhale so it's going to sound like this you're going to take a deep inhale in and on the exhale you're gonna gently hum it out like so allowing the hum to span the whole duration of the exhale let's take three in total so take a deep inhale in second round a deep inhale in and one last final round a deep inhale in finding a normal and natural breath feeling the vibration in your body maybe in your mouth maybe in your vocal cords one last time take a deep inhale in and as you exhale sigh it out slowly coming back to your environment to your space and that is it for today thank you for joining me in this morning meditation
