All right,

So giving ourselves a moment just to readjust,

Find our easy seating,

And allowing yourself to take a few easy breaths into the body.

Giving yourself permission to move from the mind into the wisdom of the body,

And seeing if you can give permission for the breath to anchor into each and every part of the body,

Each and every crevice of the body.

Letting the breath fill the neck,

Letting it fill the head,

The shoulders,

The torso,

The belly,

All the way down to the feet.

Giving yourself permission to step out of time,

Giving yourself permission to step out of any identity,

And just allowing for who and what you are in this moment to just be perfect.

Continuing to invite the breath into the entire body,

With each exhale feeling your own energy able to open,

Expand,

To flow.

For a moment we'll shift our focus down to the tailbone.

We'll continue breathing into the tailbone in this moment,

And on your next exhale I'll just invite you to imagine a beautiful dark red,

Like a burgundy,

Grounding cord extending from your tailbone down into the earth,

Sinking down,

Down,

Down,

Down.

Finding its rooting,

Finding its fixture in the wet earth.

You may feel,

You may sense this,

But in this connection,

In this rooting,

Your body has this permission to soften.

And what if in softening our energy had even more space?

Softening hips,

Softening shoulders,

Chest,

And throat.

With each breath in start to draw up new energy from your grounding cord.

You may imagine this as a warm energy coming up your grounding cord and into your body,

And imagine pulling,

Drawing that energy up to the crown of your head on the inhale.

And as you continue breathing and circulating that energy,

I invite you to start to imagine that a stream of light from source,

From high,

High,

High above,

Streams down into the crown of your head.

And now as you breathe in,

You're also pulling down energy into your low body.

Breathing in,

Pulling energy from the top of the head,

Filling up the entire body.

Easily allowing yourself to feel that cosmic energy and that earth energy circulating,

Running in your in your system.

As we get ready to close this meditation,

I just invite you to reflect on the question,

In what areas,

In what spaces,

Am I feeling called to make time for myself?

In what areas and in what spaces am I feeling called to make time for myself?

Just notice what arises,

Even a tightening or constriction,

If it arises,

Allow yourself to notice that,

To breathe into that.

Gradually you can let that go,

And we'll go ahead and we'll just take three heart breaths together.

We'll place a hand on our heart or two hands on our heart.

And we'll start by taking a deep breath in through the back of the heart,

And we'll slowly exhale through the front.

Again,

Breathing in through the back of the heart,

Filling yourself up with new energy,

And exhaling through the front.

One more time,

Breathing in and slowly exhaling,

Intuitively giving yourself permission to take as much time as you need coming out,

And even intuitively moving the body as that feels right.
