Allow yourself to settle in,
Get comfortable and relax.
Bring the attention to the crown of your head and release any tension around the crown of your head.
Release the tension between your eyebrows and soften your jaw.
And relax your shoulders.
Bring your attention to your heart center and just notice how you breathe naturally without having to change anything.
Relax your stomach.
Relax your bottom.
Let it sink in to the surface beneath you.
Relax your legs.
Relax your feet and your toes.
You may wiggle your toes and just notice how they wiggle.
And allow yourself to completely relax.
Give yourself permission to let go in this moment of any stresses from the day.
Let go of any racing thoughts you may be having,
Any negative thoughts that may be coming up.
Give yourself permission to let them go.
Let go of anxiety,
Any worries.
Let go of stress,
Of tension.
Let go of any anger you may be carrying in your body.
Let go of resentment.
Let go of any blockages in your heart.
Allow yourself to let go of whatever is weighing heavy on you.
Allow yourself to let go of any physical stresses on your body.
Let go of any stagnant emotions in your body.
Allow yourself to let go completely of anything that doesn't serve you.
Give yourself permission to let go in this moment and know that it is safe to completely let go.
And allow yourself to make a silent intention in your heart for whatever it is that you are seeking,
Whatever it is that you are hoping to get out of this meditation.
Give yourself a minute or so to just to make that intention in your heart.
Let go of any anger you may be having in your body.
Let go of any pain you may be having in your body.
And know that whatever it is that you're seeking,
That you're intending for,
Is on its way to you now.
Consider it done.

And notice any tension in your body and allow yourself to relax there.
Whenever you may feel any tension,
Allow yourself to completely and deeply relax with every moment you are feeling more and more relaxed.
You are letting go completely,

And you know that it is safe for you to relax in this moment.
