Welcome to this session.

Begin by closing your eyes now.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and let it fall out through your mouth.

And again,

Breathe in,

Ease,

And then exhale effort.

You've spent much of your life trying to let go.

A real peace doesn't ask for release.

It asks for permission.

Permission to simply be here as it is.

And right now,

Nothing needs to change.

Not your thoughts,

Not your feelings,

And not even the world.

Just this exactly as it is.

So bring your attention to the rhythm of your breath.

It moves like a tide,

In and out,

In and out.

And now,

Imagine you're standing at the edge of a vast,

Calm sea.

And the water stretches endlessly in front of you.

It's not asking anything of you.

It just exists.

And with each breath,

You step a little deeper.

And then your knees,

And then your chest,

And now you're weightless.

Every thought that passes through the mind becomes a ripple in the water,

And then it disappears.

And you don't chase it.

You just let it move.

And now you float on your back in the ocean.

The water holds you perfectly.

And there's nothing to hold up.

Nothing to push against.

So feel the breath rise and fall as natural as the waves beneath you.

Even your heart beats in rhythm with the tide.

This is what letting be feels like.

The body remembering how to trust again.

Even the thoughts of surrender dissolve here.

Because there's nothing left to surrender to.

You're already home.

Now bring your awareness to the sound of your breath again.

It's still the ocean,

Still rising and falling.

Now let a soft smile form,

And not because everything is perfect,

But because everything belongs.

So take one more deep breath in,

And then exhale slowly,

Like a wave meeting the shore.

And when you open your eyes,

Carry this ocean with you.

Let the world move as it does.

You don't have to fix the current.

You only have to flow.

Good work today,

And namaste.
