We do a meditation to start to explore and be in touch with all the energy, bliss, peace, love, happiness, etc. that we are, even if it is in a trapped state at the moment. In our meditation, we explore what might loosen the bounds of our infinite radiance inside. We will continue this exploration in various future podcasts, especially the ones on PTSD, but this is a start to loosen things up inside. This is not psychotherapy, but if you ever would like it, it can often help your awakening. These podcasts are a compilation of what I have found to be the most helpful over the last 50 years on my path of awakening. I feel they are most powerful when listened to in sequence from podcast one forward because each is built on the last. If anything does not resonate, please disregard it and follow your heart. Though I am a psychotherapist, and these podcasts are offered to be spiritually helpful, they are not psychotherapy. Please reach out to a psychotherapist if one is ever needed.
