Good morning.

With eyes closed and in a place where you can fully relax,

Begin by breathing in deeply and breathe out slowly.

Once more,

Breathe in and breathe out.

As you prepare for visualization,

Release every muscle as you sink into the surface supporting you.

Begin to feel a sense of well-being arise at your forehead and move into your eyes,

Nose,

Cheeks,

Mouth,

And ears.

All aspects of your head experience a feeling of peace and well-being.

Now,

Feel well-being move into your neck and down into your shoulders.

Feel well-being and peace sink deep into your shoulders.

Feel well-being travel from your shoulders down your arms to the elbows,

Forearms,

Wrists,

Hands,

And fingers.

Feel peaceful well-being move into your chest and upper back and throughout your core and hips.

Now feel well-being and peace move into your thighs and slowly all the way down through your knees,

Calves,

Ankles,

Feet,

And toes.

All aspects of your body are experiencing peace and well-being now from the top of your head all the way down to your toes.

Now,

Take a moment to call to mind and feel gratitude for your abundant blessings.

You have layered gratitude over your sense of well-being.

You are now in the ideal state to greet the morning and visualize a successful day.

So what will be your biggest challenge today personally or professionally?

What if you were to rise to meet that challenge in an incredibly successful way?

Connect with the belief that you have what you need to succeed today.

You have so much knowledge,

So many skills and talents,

But that's only the starting place.

There are others you can ask to support you and there are many,

Many circumstances.

You can call into being simply by believing you will succeed.

Are you willing to tap into the power of visualization by imagining yourself succeeding completely with this challenge?

What would that look like?

What would it feel like?

As you prepare to visualize,

Think about the exact actions you would need to take step by step to meet the challenge.

Next,
