Let's make ourselves comfortable.
If you have the opportunity to lie down please do,
We'll get really really comfortable.
Otherwise we'll be seated,
Finding a comfortable position for our arms and legs where they can rest and be still.
Letting our back lengthen a bit next time we inhale and relaxing into our seat when we're ready to exhale.
And taking a few breaths,
Conscious breaths,
As we settle.
Maybe already we're noticing the breath slowing,
The heart rate slowing as we press pause on the world.
Let's use our belly breath to become more relaxed and a little slower.
So it's almost like a normal breath but we're inviting a little more breath deeper into the lungs,
Very gently.
Watching the feedback from our body,
If we find our heart rate's increasing we may be trying too hard.
We'd like to feel our breath slowing because it's a bit more efficient.
Our heart rate slowing a little,
Assuming it's not very slow already.
Alright,
SCHAINGerg.
Alright.
If the mind wanders we just return with no need for criticism,
Judging ourselves,
Justifying ourselves because it's all okay.
We just come back to those ever so slightly deeper breaths.
So we're going to see if we can get a sense of the chaos that we're in at the moment being creative.
Hopefully that's our destination.
But to be creative we need to be less stressed.
In stress mode we are essentially in safe mode.
Nothing new happens.
When we feel safe and we're a little more relaxed,
Our parasympathetic nervous system is operating a little higher.
We're more likely to think clearly and feel safe to try new things.
We can use all and any techniques that we can to bring us into that relaxed mode and more creative mode.
So today we're going to step into the darkness,
Into the Scorpio total lunar eclipse darkness.
We're coming up with gold,
Diamonds and treasure.
So let's allow our body to feel more relaxed as we begin our journey.
Muscles of the face,
The shoulders relaxing.
Arms and legs still and relaxed.
And if we're sitting using as few muscles as we can to hold ourselves upright,
Just balanced.
Death is long and smooth.
Till we find the body at rest at peace.
On our journey into the darkness we're going to invite a family of light to be with us.
If we have a belief in such things,
Whoever you wish to ask to be with you,
Maybe your faithful guardian angels,
Archangel Michael,
Oak Tree,
Whoever you wish.
We'll ask them to accompany us,
Hold our hand,
Although there is no need to be afraid.
But it's nice to have company as we travel in difficult places.
So the reason we travel into the darkness is because unconscious pain remains unhealed.
It just lurks there being unconscious.
This is why we look at our pain,
This is why we look at the pain in the collective.
To heal it.
See it,
Feel it,
Heal it.
Forgive it and love ourselves through it.
And so I invite you today to forgive something big.
That full moon is illuminating things that were in the darkness.
Full moon in Taurus illuminating the darkness of Scorpio.
So whatever popped into your head when I suggested for giving something big that might be for you.
For me it might be the history of the Catholic Church or politicians past and present.
It might be something personal to you or something in the public domain.
But I invite you on this day to take on something big if it feels right for you.
Just noticing how your chosen thing feels.
And it may feel big and scary like a fortress,
A castle.
Painful and difficult.
Impenetrable.
But I ask you to take it apart.
A million actions taken by individuals.
All the little individual choices that make up that whole big edifice.
Each one of those choices was made by someone who thought they were doing the right thing.
Even if the right thing was selfish,
Limited,
Wounded and fearful.
That was their best on that day.
With what they knew,
Their limited perspective.
Of course when I say their that might be your.
And as we step back and view that problem from further away,
From the universal perspective,
It's all us.
It's all we.
Because we are one.
So we are wounded.
We are fearful.
Selfish and limited sometimes.
Yep,
Okay.
Doing our best.
More difficult.
And maybe completely wrong from our current perspective.
Well done for having an honest look and being prepared to see things from a new perspective.
Because our new perspective,
Today's perspective,
Where whatever it is seems so wrong,
Is a measure of how far we've come.
It's no longer okay to have that casual sexism.
To lock up people in mental institutions.
To beat the children.
To damage the earth.
None of that is okay anymore and it shows how far we've come.
So many horrible examples.
We have suffered so much.
Humanity have suffered so much.
When it's not gone it's unconscious,
Floating in our collective cloud.
And so we see it.
We feel it.
And we can heal it.
Can we hold the humans in compassion?
Even the ones that aren't nice.
And that part of us that can hold humanity with all its flaws and its wonderful things as well in compassion is our divine self.
Our higher self.
Rest for a moment.
Rest and see if we can view with the eyes of our higher self.
All the things in our mind that we feel.
This is how God saw living universe is humanity in compassion.
So what does our heart,
Our divine self want for humanity?
Let's see the flip side.
We visited the pain.
What is it that we want?
I'll invite you now to let your mind wander,
Dream in the opposite of what we wanted to forgive.
Put yourself there.
Make it as real as you can.
Feel it.
How does it feel?
We are in big challenging times.
But if we feel safe that means big opportunity.
Big chaos.
If we can put our minds in the right place,
Big change.
Maybe out of that chaos we can create.
Resting for a few moments with your breath and your body.
Thank everybody for our opportunity.
Thanking our guides for coming with us.
Maybe forgiving ourselves if it didn't go exactly how we wished it to.
Slowly we're going to start to return to our regular waking state.
So taking one or two deeper breaths.
Allowing that energy to fill the body.
Drawing the prana into our lungs to fill our body and our energy field.
Bringing movement with it.
And we'll start to move gradually.
Have a little stretch.
And slowly return.
