Yoga Nidra can have a permanent, positive impact on your life. Contemplate your intentions and beliefs, as you hover between sleep and awareness, experiencing rather than concentrating. The techniques calm the nervous system and help you to reconnect with a feeling of well being, which can spill over into your day-to-day life. There are many variations of Yoga Nidra and this particular track includes the classic tradition of intention, body scan, breath awareness, sensory perception, and imagery. It would be good to know in the description of the meditation that there is an ending bell for those who want to use the meditating for falling alseep. Not yoga nidra's purpose, I know, but it really does help for that. Otherwise, it seems like a complete yoga nidra, which is great for those using it for its intended purpose. I say "it seems" b/c I did fall asleep!
