Close your eyes.

Take a breath and arrive in this moment.

All that you are bringing with you is welcome.

Knowing that you have a difficult day ahead of you,

You probably brought in a bunch of thoughts and feelings.

See if you can let them settle at your feet,

Like a snow globe after you stop shaking it.

Every time you exhale,

Imagine a few more of them drift softly down to the earth.

Let's set some intentions and affirmations for today.

Repeat each intention out loud or in your head.

I intend to hold healthy boundaries today.

I intend to act from a place of discernment.

I intend to rise to the challenge.

I intend to be with what is.

I intend to stay sovereign in my energy.

I intend to use the experience for personal growth.

I intend to draw upon my inner strength.

I intend to feel proud of myself at the end of today.

Let those intentions radiate out from your heart center.

Now let's make some affirmations.

I am confident.

I am powerful.

I am kind.

I am sovereign.

I am resilient.

I am calm.

I am grounded.

I am supported.

Let those affirmations land one by one in your core being.

Now pull them into a tight little ball inside you.

And now let them expand so they form a protective field around you.

Visualize the intentions we said earlier vibrating out of you and into the world.

And the affirmations pulse through you into that field.

We'll seal in our practice with one very deep breath that we hold at the top.

Empty your lungs.

Take a deep inhale.

Pause at the top.

Take another sip of air in.

And another.

Keep holding it.

Feel your lungs in your chest.

And exhale all of it out.

Now gently move into your work day.
