Welcome to this guided meditation towards your own inner wisdom through the sacred grove.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position,

Whether you're sitting or lying down,

And allow your body to settle.

Close your eyes if it feels safe to do so,

And allow yourself to feel the earth beneath you.

Begin by taking three deep,

Intentional breaths.

With each exhale,

Feel yourself arriving more fully in this moment,

In this space of inner exploration.

Feel your body supported by the earth beneath you.

Know that it's capable of holding your full weight,

The fullness of who you are.

Notice how it holds you with a perfect gentleness,

The same way nature holds all things.

Let this feeling of being held wash through you.

Take a moment to connect in to your body,

Feeling your feet beneath you,

And noticing your heart center.

Noticing that there's a gentle glow there.

Perhaps the glow has a color.

Maybe there's a scent that comes along with the glow.

Whatever you notice is perfect.

Feel this glowing heart center begin to spread out around you.

Notice as the glow moves out beyond your body,

Surrounding you entirely,

And spreading out into the room where you sit,

Beyond the walls of your home,

And out around to the village or town or city that surrounds you,

Completely enveloping the world around you in this loving,

Gentle glow.

Take a moment now to connect in with your own intention for being here in this moment,

The reason you decided to embark on this journey,

This journey to your own inner knowing and inner wisdom.

Now,

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a forest path.

This isn't just any forest.

This is the sacred grove of your inner wisdom.

A place that exists within you,

Waiting to be discovered.

The path before you is dappled with golden light filtering through ancient trees.

The air carries the scent of earth and growing things,

And you can hear the gentle whisper of leaves rustling in the breeze.

As you begin to walk this path,

Feel how each step connects you more deeply to the rhythm of your own being.

Your feet know this path,

Even if your mind has forgotten.

Trust them to carry you forward.

The trees begin to grow taller and more magnificent as you walk.

Their roots run deep,

Their branches reaching high,

And they stand as a perfect example of how to be grounded and still reach towards the light.

Notice how quiet your mind becomes here.

The chatter of daily life fades like distant traffic,

Replaced by the profound silence that lives at your center.

This silence isn't empty,

It's full of possibility,

Full of knowing.

As you continue walking,

You begin to sense that you're not alone.

There's a presence here,

Ancient,

Wise,

Completely loving.

This is the presence of your own deepest knowing,

Your intuitive self that has been waiting patiently for this reunion.

Notice that up ahead,

The path begins to open into a circular clearing.

Begin to walk towards this clearing.

Notice that in the center,

There stands the most magnificent tree you've ever seen.

Its trunk is silver smooth,

Its branches creating a natural cathedral above.

This is your inner sanctuary,

Your tree of inner knowing,

And it has been growing with you your entire life.

Walk towards this tree and place your hand upon its trunk.

Feel the warmth and aliveness pulsing beneath your palm.

This is your own life force,

Your own wisdom,

Vibrating at the frequency of your own inner knowing.

As you touch the tree,

You feel a gentle invitation to sit among its roots.

Settle yourself comfortably against the trunk,

Feeling how perfectly it holds you and supports you.

The tree's energy mingles with your own,

And you remember that you've always had access to this wisdom.

It has never left you.

Feeling fully supported and held in this sacred space,

Bring to mind a question or situation where you seek guidance.

Don't force anything to come.

Simply allow whatever needs your attention most in this moment to arise naturally.

Hold this question gently in your heart the way you might hold a small bird.

Not gripping,

Not demanding,

Just creating a safe space for the truth to land.

Feel yourself sinking deeper into the tree's embrace,

Deeper into your own knowing.

Notice how your body feels when you connect with truth.

Perhaps there's a sense of expansion in your chest,

A warmth in your belly,

A gentle tingling in your hands.

This is how your body speaks the language of intuition.

Trust the first impression that comes,

And the feeling that arises.

Trust the image that appears in your mind's eye.

What is your inner wisdom wanting you to know right now?

Perhaps it comes as a feeling,

A color,

A sound,

Or simply a deep knowing that settles into your bones.

There's no wrong way to receive this guidance.

If nothing comes immediately,

That's perfect too.

Sometimes the message is simply to trust the process,

To know that you are held and guided,

Even when you can't see the path clearly.

Whatever has come through for you,

Receive it with gratitude.

This is the voice that has been with you since birth,

The compass that always points you back towards yourself.

Ask now if there is a symbol that you can see in the real world which will tell you you're on the right path.

Don't force an image to come.

Allow whatever arises naturally to be there.

Thank your intuitive self for this gift of connection.

As you prepare to leave this sacred grove,

Know that it exists within you always.

You can return here whenever you need guidance,

Whenever you want to remember who you truly are.

Begin to stand up slowly,

Placing both hands on the tree once more.

Feel its strength and wisdom flowing into you.

Know that a piece of this grove lives within you always.

Begin walking back along the forest path,

But notice how you feel different now.

Your steps are more certain.

Your breathing is deeper.

You carry within you the quiet confidence of one who knows that they are guided.

As the path leads you back to the edge of the forest,

Back to ordinary reality,

You remain connected to that place of inner knowing.

It travels with you like the warm light in your heart.

Know that you can return here at any time,

And the sacred wisdom that you received is always with you.

It's time now to come back into this reality,

To come back into your body.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Begin to feel the muscles in your body and stretch them if it feels good to do so.

Take a deep cleansing breath in,

And when you're ready,

You can gently open your eyes again to the room.

Know that you are grounded,

You are centered,

And you're connected to the infinite wisdom that lives within you.

Trust what you receive today,

And that your intuition is always available to you.
