Welcome to Sacred Time Laser Focus.

This guided session is designed to clear mental clutter,

Energize your mind,

And help you feel grounded and focused.

So,

Find your comfortable position,

Relax your shoulders,

And take a deep,

Steady breath in,

And out.

Take a moment to settle in.

Imagine a stream of warm,

Golden light showering gently over you,

Washing away any tension or distractions.

With each inhale,

Feel this light grounding you in the present moment.

With each exhale,

Let go of anything that feels heavy or unnecessary.

Let's go into this unique breathwork practice to energize your focus and center your mind.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Imagining you're drawing energy from the base of your spine to the center of your forehead,

Your center of clarity.

Hold your breath for a moment as you let the energy settle into this center of clarity,

Sharpening your focus.

Exhale fully and steadily,

Releasing any distractions or tension.

At the end of your exhale,

Pause briefly and feel the stillness in your body.

So,

Let's go deeper into this practice for a few cycles.

Inhale deeply,

Guiding your energy up to your center of clarity.

Hold,

Feel the sharpness building at this space of focus.

Exhale fully,

Letting go of anything pulling your attention away.

Pause,

Resting in the calm and steady stillness.

Continue this rhythm.

With each breath,

Imagine your center of clarity glowing brighter,

A steady light of focus and calm.

Inhale,

Guide your energy to your center of clarity.

Hold,

Sharpen your focus.

Exhale,

Release any distractions.

Pause,

Rest in stillness.

With every breath,

Notice how your focus becomes sharper and your mind feels more energized and clear.

Continue in your own time for four more rounds.

Wonderful.

Now that your breath has steadied and your focus is sharp,

Visualize a glowing point of light right in the center of your clarity.

It's steady,

Calm,

And bright.

Each time you breathe,

This light grows warmer and more powerful,

Clearing away any mental fog.

Affirm silently to yourself,

I am calm.

I am focused.

I am clear.

Repeat these affirmations with each inhale,

Letting the energy of focus settle deeply within you.

Feel yourself grounded,

Steady,

And ready for what lies ahead.

Take one final deep breath in,

Filling yourself with clarity and calm,

And exhale fully,

Releasing all tension.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Feeling refreshed,

Centered,

And aligned with your purpose.
