Just start to draw your attention inwards and doing that by closing the eyes and drawing the attention in all the way down towards your abdomen.

So when you're inhaling in your stomach expanding and try to inhale in so deeply that your ribs expand out to the sides and your mind may be going through a million things so just see if you could invite your mind to take the elevator down into the body as if you could just press a button and bring it three floors down into the chest area,

Into the stomach area and just observe what's happening there with the inhales.

Anytime your mind comes back you can just simply tell it that you want this to work.

You want the relaxation to be felt in the deepest parts of you on every level because the more relaxed the body is the more relaxed the mind is and the more relaxed the mind is the more efficient you can be and the more energy you'll have.

So starting to now come into contact with how the inhale is feeling in the chest.

See if you can exaggerate the inhale to letting the chest even lift.

Just seeing how deep you can make the breath go.

Every time you need to hit the elevator button just bringing it down towards the chest,

Towards the stomach.

All the mental awareness is now focused on the expansion of the body on the inhale.

And then on the exhale allowing,

Inviting your body to surrender to a welcome sense of heaviness as if everything just starts to surrender down towards the chair,

Towards the floor.

Allowing yourself to feel even more heavy as if you could press your sit bones down to feel more connected.

And then I'm gonna count now down from ten to one.

And as I count imagine that you could just relax deeper as if you're going down a set of stairs and at the bottom of the stairs is a fluffy soft cloud that will float you deeper into your subconscious.

So imagine that you're standing at the top of the stairs.

How you would design them.

They would be shiny.

They would be made of wood.

Fill in the materials.

And then beginning the descent with the first step,

Ten.

See if you can allow yourself to drop even deeper down into that welcome heaviness of the body.

Nine.

Allow yourself to drift deeper inwards.

Calming through all of the thoughts and just letting them pass by as you drift deeper and deeper.

Eight.

Feeling even more relaxed.

Seven.

Drawing a curtain to the rest of the world.

It all can wait.

The only mission now is to relax even deeper.

Seven.

Taking another step down the stairs.

Six.

Feeling safe,

Secure,

To visit that tranquil space within you.

Six.

Five.

Drifting down deeper into relaxation.

Four.

Maybe even your mental processes have slowed down now.

Leaving you in more serenity.

Six.

Five.

Four.

Taking another step down.

Drifting deeper.

Four.

Noticing the heavy weight that's surrendering that you're being supported by below you.

Four.

Drifting deeper.

Three.

Two.

And one.

Pretend that you've landed on a soft fluffy cotton ball that hugs your body and just imagine what this hug would feel like.

The comforting hug.

The hug that you always offer to your family and now you feel this wonderful hug of your own relaxation.

Imagining this cloud envelops you so you get to just relax and float away from any concerns now.

And this cloud will drift you through time and space and now your body actually feels even more weightless as if all of the heaviness that was on your shoulders has now just fallen off of the cloud.

And you're tuned into the sensation of the air now.

Feeling it caress your nose,

Your cheeks,

That welcome breath that comes in to your body and reminds you of that lightness.

And it reminds you there may be some other heavy things to press off the clouds so you feel even lighter.

You don't even have to name what it is,

Just imagine any heaviness you've been carrying.

You could just drop off the cloud,

Feeling lighter,

Feeling connected to this element of the air that assists you and changes.

And this cloud drifts you deeper and deeper into this feeling of lightness,

Relaxation and allowing you to drop anything else off.

Just like you're cleaning out an old backpack.

All of the dirt and old papers you just drop off.

And notice now if there's more space that you could imagine within you.

Space to breathe in your new intentions of what you are welcoming into your life.

Relief.

Support.

And anything else that comes to mind,

Imagine you could just breathe it in and let it fill you internally.

Finding space where everything else you dropped off.

Replacing the heaviness with the sense of trust and power.

And replacing that sense of heaviness with a sense of pride in your ability.

And all of the abilities that you have.

And now imagine that this cloud drifts you deeper and deeper into another peaceful place within you.

Imagine that this cloud is drifting through the solar systems,

Passing by stars,

Planets.

Deeper within you,

That unknown space that is just filled with that,

Just space.

And just seeing if you could feel where your border of your body connects with the space.

And perhaps it's hard to identify where the space starts and the body ends.

Just imagining now that you could breathe with your entire body,

Welcoming that sense of space and relief to surround you.

And on the count of five you will begin to come back.

Back up on the elevator,

Back into the regular subconscious or the regular conscious mind.

Integrating all of those upgrades that you have allowed yourself.

One,

Coming back to the breath,

To the stomach,

To the chest.

Two,

Feeling as though you just had spa treatment and in a way it was your mental spa treatment.

Three,

Feeling aligned,

Relaxed.

Four,

Maybe rubbing your hands together if you feel.

Five,

Just placing your hands anywhere on your body to just come back into contact with where you are and who you are.

And then placing the hands over your eyes.

So maybe you even want to put a gentle,

Gentle pressure above your eyes where your eyebrows are.

And then opening your eyes so you look at your palms.

Feeling gratitude for all of the work and welcoming yourself back.
