Welcome to this morning Reset Meditation.

This is your time to arrive fully into the new day,

Release anything that belongs to yesterday and invite calm,

Clarity and gentle focus into your mind and body.

Find a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down,

And softly close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Allow yourself to arrive here,

Fully present.

Bring your awareness to your body.

Notice the weight of your body pressing into the surface beneath you.

Relax your shoulders,

Unclench your jaw and soften your forehead.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing any heaviness you might still be carrying from yesterday.

Breathe in fresh energy,

Breathe out what you no longer need.

Continue like this for a few more cycles.

As you continue to notice your breath,

Allow it to become just a little deeper.

Imagine that every inhale gathers energy from the world around you,

And every exhale makes more space inside you.

Visualize your breath as a gentle wave.

It rises as you inhale,

Cresting at the top of the breath,

And slowly rolls back down as you exhale.

Stay with this rhythm.

Rise and fall,

Rise and fall.

If your mind wanders,

Gently guide it back to the wave of your breathing.

Each inhale is fresh possibility,

Each exhale is release.

As you continue along this path,

Notice how every step feels effortless,

As though the earth itself is supporting you.

The ground is soft but steady beneath your feet,

Giving you a deep sense of security.

You pause for a moment,

Taking in the richness of your surroundings.

Above you,

The sky shifts from pale gold to a soft blue,

Painted with slow-moving clouds.

You notice how the light dances across the leaves,

Creating shadows and glimmers.

With each breath,

You feel more connected to this place,

A sanctuary that exists within you.

Imagine hearing the sound of a gentle stream nearby.

You walk toward it and see water flowing steadily over smooth stones.

Kneel down and dip your hands into the cool,

Fresh water.

Notice how it cleans you,

Not just on the outside,

But within.

As the water slips through your fingers,

You feel yourself letting go of any tension or worry.

This stream carries away everything heavy,

Leaving only clarity and peace behind.

Now stand again and walk a little further until you find the quiet spot where the sunlight pours down blissfully.

Here,

Imagine sitting comfortably on soft grass,

Surrounded by wildflowers swaying gently in the breeze.

The air is filled with a delicate fragrance of nature,

Calming,

Grounding,

Renewing.

Feel the warmth of the sunlight soaking into your skin,

Filling your chest,

Your heart,

Your mind.

As you sit here,

Imagine roots extending from your body into the earth,

Grounding you deeply.

At the same time,

A gentle light streams down from above,

Connecting you to the sky.

You are held between earth and sky,

Supported,

Balanced,

Whole.

With every inhale,

Draw energy upward from the earth.

With every exhale,

Release what you no longer need into the ground,

Where it is transformed.

Continue this cycle for several breaths,

Feeling lighter,

Clearer,

More aligned with each one.

Now return to the forest path in your mind.

Feel the ground beneath your feet,

Solid,

Grounding,

Safe.

As you walk deeper into the forest,

Notice the details around you.

The way the light flickers through the leaves,

The sound of a gentle breeze moving the branches,

The coolness of the air brushing against your skin.

You may notice the smell of pine or fresh grass,

Reminding you that you are alive,

Present,

And part of nature.

Ahead,

You see a clearing bathed in golden morning sunlight.

Step into the clearing and pause here.

Imagine the sunlight streaming down,

Warming your face,

Your chest,

Your whole body.

This sunlight is not just light,

It carries energy,

Clarity,

And renewal.

With every breath,

Feel this light flowing through you,

Washing away tiredness and shadows from yesterday.

Allow it to reach every corner of your being,

Your head,

Your chest,

Your arms,

Your legs,

All the way down to your toes.

You are being recharged,

Like the earth after a gentle rain.

Now,

Imagine placing your hand on your heart.

Feel the steady rhythm of life inside you.

With each beat,

Your body reminds you that today is a gift.

Stay here for a while,

Breathing deeply,

Absorbing this sense of light.

Now,

Imagine holding a clear glass of water in your hands.

This water symbolizes your clarity for today.

As you drink it in your mind,

Feel this clarity spreading through your body,

To your heart,

Your thoughts,

And your actions.

Silently repeat these affirmations after me.

I welcome this new day with peace.

I am clear,

Calm,

And ready for what comes.

I choose to begin today with gratitude.

I carry lightness and focus within me.

Take a deep breath in and slowly release it.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Returning awareness to your body.

When you are ready,

Softly open your eyes.

Notice how you feel refreshed,

Reset,

Ready to step into your day.
