This is Frankie,
Welcome to your heart opening and heart protection meditation.
Sitting or laying down in your quiet,
Comfortable space,
To settle yourself with a few slow deep breaths,
To centre and release any tension or stress.
If you haven't already,
Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.
Take a few moments to observe the natural flow of your breath,
Allowing it to anchor you into this present moment,
Centring and grounding you into the here and now.
Visualise roots growing from the base of your spine,
Extending deep into the earth,
Grounding you and connecting you to the stable energy of Mother Earth.
Mother Earth is always holding you,
She is the ground beneath you,
She provides the air that you breathe,
She provides the water that you drink and she gives you all the food that sustains you.
Just for a moment,
Feel into the love Mother Earth has for you.
Just taking another breath in and bring your awareness now to your physical body,
Breathe into your body,
Consciously relax and release any tension,
Release all tension,
Invite your body to be fully relaxed.
You are relaxed and you are feeling the breaths coming in and out of your body.
As you now feel into your body,
Scan your body from head all the way to your toes,
Notice any areas or tensions or discomfort in your body.
As you become aware of any tension or discomfort in your body,
Just breathe into these parts of your body,
Send them love,
Send them understanding.
Just allow your body to soften,
Allow your body to release,
Allow your body to become more and more at ease.
You are letting go of tension and discomfort,
You are becoming very,
Very relaxed.
Did you know that forgiving yourself and others increases your capacity to find love and joy in your life?
Forgiving yourself brings in healing energy and the ability to let go.
Forgiving yourself brings in an open and compassionate heart.
Forgiveness and healing opens your heart.
With an open heart I invite you to bring awareness to any and all past hurts.
Past grievances,
Any unresolved emotions.
Bring your awareness to anything that may be closing down your heart.
Just feel.
You don't need to go into the stories of these experiences.
You are just feeling the sensations of these experiences and the effect that they have on you.
Just feeling the energy of any past hurts or anything that's closing your heart down.
Feel into the energy in your heart.
And now I'm going to invite you to imagine that these energies of these past experiences,
I want you to imagine that these energies are like heavy stones or rocks that you are carrying.
Visualize these heavy stones.
These stones can be of new hurts or past hurts.
Feel the weight of them.
Feeling the weight of these stones,
The past hurt in your heart.
The heaviness in your heart.
Maybe from childhood.
Maybe from yesterday.
And now I'd like you to imagine what it would be like to let go of these heavy stones.
Feel your desire to let go of these heavy stones.
Feel what it would be like to let go of these stones in your heart.
To let go of all and any past hurts.
Set an intention now to release any past hurt.
Set an intention to release all the stones and all the energy that they hold in your body,
In your mind.
And now we are going to let go of the stones and the energy attached to them.
And we will take three breaths together.
And with each breath let your body release these stones from your heart.
And know in your body as you let go of these stones,
You will let go of all and any pain,
Resentment or other lingering energy from the past.
That is stored in your body or stored in your heart.
Let's just take a couple of deep breaths together.
That's right,
Some nice deep breaths.
Breathing into your heart and breathing out.
Nice deep breaths.
Breathing into your heart and now breathing out and releasing the stones.
Breathing into your heart and breathing out and releasing the stones.
You are feeling lighter.
Breathing in again into your heart and breathing out and releasing more and more stones.
One more time,
Breathing in love into your heart and breathing out and releasing the stones.
And as you release the energy,
You are releasing and letting go of all and any of the pain,
Resentment or other lingering energy from the past that is stored in your body.
Just take a few more breaths in and out of your body in your own time.
Breathing in the new energy and on the exhale releasing what is not aligned with your soul.
Feeling into your heart now and notice that it feels lighter.
So now let's just take some light breaths in and out,
Just in and out of your mouth.
That's right,
Breathing in and out of your mouth and feeling lighter and feeling freedom of letting go of the stones.
And now I invite you to place your hands in your heart center and just take a few breaths into this area,
Allowing your breath to fill your heart with love and compassion.
Love and compassion,
Breathing in and out through the mouth.
Allowing your breath to fill your heart with love and compassion.
And as you breathe,
Visualize a warm radiant light emanating from your heart.
You are expanding with each and every breath,
Feeling into your expanded heart.
I am going to now recite a mantra and as I recite the mantra I invite you to repeat it quietly in a whisper with your own voice or you can just say it silently in your mind.
May all beings be happy.
May all beings be healthy.
May all beings be at peace.
May all beings be free.
I am happy.
I am healthy.
I am at peace.
I am connecting to my heart.
I am free to be me.
I am happy.
I am healthy.
I am at peace.
I am connecting to my heart.
I am free to be me.
I am happy.
I am healthy.
I am at peace.
I am connected to my heart.
I am free to be me.
Imagine now a beautiful lotus flower bud residing in your heart space.
Visualize the lotus flower's bud slowly opening,
Petal by petal.
And as the flower opens,
Feel your heart expanding.
Imagine your heart bringing in more joy.
Your heart opening with compassion for yourself and for others.
Your heart bringing in more love.
Your heart becoming more receptive to love.
Your heart blossoming like the lotus flower.
And now with each inhale,
Imagine you are filling your heart space with love and compassion.
Imagine your ability to send love and compassion out into the world.
Breathing in love and compassion for yourself.
Breathing out love and compassion into the world.
Breathing in,
Filling your heart space with love for yourself.
And breathing out,
You are touching the lives of those around you with love and compassion.
You now have a transparent,
Shimmering light surrounding your heart.
Your heart has its own protective shield.
This light is forming boundaries around you and allowing love in.
Allowing you to have more compassion.
Bringing in positive energies.
Giving you the ability to automatically know.
And also creating boundaries for you to repel negative and harmful energy.
Your heart now has a powerful shield.
To shield you from negative influences.
While keeping you and letting you remain open to love and connection with others.
That's right,
Your heart now has the power to shield you from negative influences.
While you can still remain open to love and connection.
And you can repeat after me by whispering to your soul.
I am keeping my heart safe.
My heart is open to love and new connections.
I am maintaining healthy energetic boundaries.
I am safe in my heart.
I am safe in my heart.
I am safe in my heart and I am safe to be me.
I am safe in my heart.
I am safe in my heart.

Repeat this mantra again silently.
Or whisper it to your soul.

And now just taking a few moments to reflect on the blessings and the love that you have for this life.

And now sending wishes of love and well-being to yourself.

Sending wishes of love and well-being to yourself.
And now send wishes of love to the ones you love.
And even send wishes of love to those that you may find it challenging to send love to.
You are cultivating an attitude of love and compassion towards all beings.
You love yourself so you can love others.
Just take a few moments to sit in this stillness.
Basking in the energy of an open yet protected heart.
