Welcome to this quick release and let go,

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in,

Filling your chest,

Expanding your belly,

Exhale through the mouth with a gentle sigh,

Let it all fall away,

Again deep inhale calm,

Exhale tension,

One more inhale space,

Exhale what you no longer need,

Now silently repeat,

I let go of what I cannot control,

I let go of the past,

I trust this moment,

Feel your shoulders soften,

Your jaw relax,

Your breath steady,

Let the quiet fill the space where worry once lived,

Have a beautiful day,
