Welcome to this inner knowing awakening.
I'm here to guide you home to the profound wisdom that lives within your body.
The authority has always been with you,
Always in the background,
Just waiting to be recognized and trusted.
Your body is constantly sending you information about what's true,
About what's safe,
About what's aligned,
And what serves your highest good.
This isn't mystical thinking,
It's neuroscience.
Your body processes information faster than your conscious mind,
And learning to listen to these signals is how we develop unshakable self-trust.
I invite you now to find a comfortable position where you can sit with your spine straight,
Feel your feet on the ground,
Your sitting bones resting comfortably,
And place both hands on your belly just below your navel,
Also known as your dantien,
Or your energetic center.
This space is considered the seat of personal power in many traditions.
Science confirms this area is rich with neurons.
It's literally your second brain,
Sending constant information to your conscious mind.
Now take three deep breaths here,
Breathing into this energetic center.
Beginning to tune in to the wisdom of your body.
Today we're going to strengthen your ability to hear,
Trust,
And act from this inner knowing,
Your inner authority.
Let's begin by exploring how inner knowing truly feels in your body.
I'll guide you through some simple inquiries,
And rather than thinking about the answers,
Just notice what your body tells you.
Tune into what is felt in your body.
First,
Bring to mind something you absolutely know is true for you.
Perhaps your love for someone dear to you,
Or a core value that you hold.
Don't think about it,
Just feel it.
Notice where in your body you sense this truth.
Is it a warmth in your chest?
A settling in your belly?
A sense of expansion?
A glow of your skin?
Just simply observe.
Now bring to mind something that feels absolutely wrong for you.
Perhaps a situation you know isn't aligned with your values.
Again,
Don't analyze,
Just feel.
Notice how your body responds to what is not true for you.
Perhaps it's tension,
A contraction,
A sense of unease,
Or perhaps a dark color.
This is your body's truth compass,
Where yes feels expansive,
Aligned,
And very settled in your being.
No feels contractive,
Agitated,
Unsettled.
Your body always knows.
Now let's practice with something neutral.
Bring to mind a decision you're currently considering,
Big or small.
Hold this situation gently in your awareness.
Imagine saying yes to this situation,
And breathe into that possibility,
And just notice your body's response.
Does your body open or close?
Do you feel expansion or contraction?
Energy or depletion?
Just observe without judgment.
Now imagine saying no to this situation.
Again,
Breathe into this possibility,
And notice your body's wisdom.
What is your body telling you about this choice?
You're reconnecting with an intelligence deep within.
It's there waiting to be heard.
Now let's practice using your body's wisdom for decision-making.
Think of a choice you're currently facing.
Perhaps what to prioritize today,
Or a relationship decision,
Or a work situation.
Instead of approaching this from your head,
We're going to consult your inner knowing,
The wisdom within your body.
Just sit quietly with this decision for a moment,
And first imagine choosing option A,
And really step into that reality,
And feel it as your choice.
See yourself living that choice.
Notice how your body responds.
Notice your breathing,
Your heart rate,
The quality of energy in your system.
Now imagine choosing option B,
And step fully into that possibility.
What does your body tell you?
Does one path feel more aligned,
More energizing,
Or true?
If there are more options,
Take a moment to feel into each one.
Your body is giving you information about what serves your highest good.
This isn't about what's easy,
Or what others expect.
It's about what's authentic and aligned for you.
Ask your body now,
What wants to emerge through my life?
Listen not with your ears,
But tune into your heart,
And listen with your entire being.
Trust any of the messages that you're now receiving.
Your inner knowing isn't trying to please anyone else.
It's trying to guide you towards your most authentic expression.
Now we're going to anchor this connection to your inner knowing,
So that you can access it whenever you need to make decisions,
Or trust yourself.
Bring to mind a time when you trusted your gut instinct,
And it served you well.
Perhaps you felt drawn to take a certain path,
Or you felt resistance to something,
And honored that feeling.
Feel into that memory.
Not just the outcome,
But the feeling of trusting yourself.
Notice where this confidence lives in your body.
Place your hands wherever you feel this self-trust most strongly.
Just take a moment to notice what's there.
Can you feel its texture?
Or does this feeling have a color?
This becomes your anchor point for your inner knowing.
Breathe into this space,
Allowing the feeling of self-trust to grow and grow stronger.
I invite you now to create an internal statement that represents your commitment to trusting your inner wisdom.
Perhaps I trust my body's wisdom,
Or my inner knowing guides me truly.
Or just simply,
I know what I know.
Choose words that resonate with your body.
Repeat this statement three times,
Feeling it settle into yourselves,
Settling into your nervous system,
And feeling this is true.
This is your inner knowing.
Not based on any external validation,
Or what others think you should do,
But based on the profound wisdom of your own inner knowing.
You can check in with this inner knowing at any time.
Ask your body what wants to be honored,
What wants to be expressed,
What wants to be chosen.
Take a moment now to appreciate this profound connection to your inner knowing.
You have everything you need within you already to make decisions that serve your highest good.
Trust the wisdom of your body.
Honor your authentic knowing,
And step forward with confidence in your inner guidance.
When you're ready,
Taking in a deep breath into your heart space,
And starting to blink open your eyes,
And gently returning back to the room.
Now carrying this inner knowing with you.
Thank you so much for joining me in this meditation.
I wish you all the best.
