Let us gather together with one intention. To soften the walls of our hearts and allow more love in. In this guided meditation, we focus on breathing patterns to relax and open the heart, with a version of Ho'oponopono aimed at bringing more tenderness to parts of us that want some love.

Hello dear one,

Feather your nest,

Get comfortable.

Once you do,

Close your eyes and join me to a journey inwards.

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale as if you're blowing out a candle.

One more time,

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale again as if you're blowing out a candle.

One more,

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale blowing out a candle.

This next breath I want you to exhale as if you're going down a lift.

Take a deep breath in and exhale as if you're going down a lift.

I invite you to put your left hand on your chest,

Your heart center,

And your right hand above your left hand.

And as you do this,

Take a deep breath in for four and breathe out for four.

One more,

Take a deep breath in for four and breathe out for four.

And I want you to continue with this rhythm for a few more seconds.

Take a deep breath in for four,

Breathe out for four,

One more,

Breathe out for four,

One more,

Breathe out.

Now I want you to count to four as you take a deep breath in and hold for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Breathe out one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

One more time,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold three,

Four.

Breathe out three,

Four.

Hold three,

Four.

Breathe in one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold,

Breathe out,

Hold,

Breathe in,

Hold,

Breathe out,

Hold,

Breathe in,

Hold,

Breathe out,

Hold,

Breathe in,

Hold,

Breathe out.

Return your breath back to normal.

And in this moment,

Just pay attention to how your body feels,

How your heart center feels.

And I want you to invite a version of you today that really needs some love.

And once you do,

Repeat after me,

I am sorry.

I am really,

Really sorry.

I am deeply sorry.

Please forgive me.

Please forgive me,

Dear one.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

Thank you deeply.

Thank you.

I love you.

I really,

Really love you.

I love you.

I am so,

So sorry.

I am sorry.

I am so sorry.

Please forgive me.

Please forgive me.

I didn't know any better at the time.

Please forgive me.

I am here.

I am present now.

Please forgive me.

I ask,

I ask you,

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

I love you.

I really love you.

I love you.

I am sorry.

I am sorry.

I am so sorry.

Please,

Please forgive me.

Please forgive me.

Please forgive me,

I ask.

Thank you.

Thank you deeply.

Thank you.

Thank you.

I love you.

Just sit for a moment and let this,

Let this sink in.

Now I invite you to ask this version of yourself.

Show me how can I love you more today?

Show me how I can love you today.

I'm listening.

Show me how I can truly love you today.

Show me how I can truly love you today.

Put your hands in a prayer position in front of your heart space.

Sat Nam.

Thank you for joining me in this practice.

I love you.
