Hello and welcome to this Cosmic Breathwork and Meditation session.

For today we will be flowing through two rounds,

With the first round being a round of conscious connected breathing,

Or you may know this as circular breathing.

Most people prefer to do this lying down with the mouth open and the jaw slightly relaxed,

Breathing in and out through the mouth.

However,

If you feel more comfortable breathing in and out through the nose,

This is absolutely fine.

For this technique,

The aim is to keep the breath flowing steadily inwards and outwards.

In a circular motion,

So no pauses between the inhale and the exhale.

After the first round,

There will be some space to relax and enjoy the music.

Before we move on to the second round,

Where we will be breathing in and out through the nose,

Breathing in for a count of seven seconds,

Before we hold for a slight pause at the top and then exhale again for seven seconds with a slight pause at the bottom.

Just before we start this session,

Once you are in a nice and comfortable position,

I'd like you to take just one slow,

Long,

Deep breath in,

Right up to the top,

Before we exhale with a big sigh.

So,

If you are ready,

We go on three,

Two,

One.

And we can do that two more times.

And with the exhale,

Just try and release any tension from the mind and any tension that may be held in the body.

So we go again,

Three,

Two,

One.

And now let's just do that one more time before we begin the first round.

So deep breath in,

Right up to the top,

And as we exhale,

Releasing any tension from the body.

Three,

Two,

One.

Okay,

Now we are ready.

If all feels good,

We will step into the first round.

In three,

Two,

One.

And release and relax.

And if everything feels good,

We will begin the second round.

In three,

Two,

One.
