Take control of your thoughts. We spend enormous amount of time thinking what isn’t happening in the present moment. We are weather rehashing event from the past of worrying about something that wasen’t happened yet, although may not ever happened. That is not the way to have a happy mind. You are in control! Take control of your thoughts.

Welcome to Revealed Mind.

My name is Diana Oskov and today I want to invite you to join me in this visualization awareness practice that will help you let go of persistent thoughts that sometimes can be very overwhelming.

Let's start by sitting in a comfortable position.

Place your feet firmly on the ground.

Relax your arms and gently close your eyes.

Slowly take a deep breath through your nose.

Notice how your body is rising.

And slowly exhale,

Allowing every muscle of your body to soften.

Again,

Take a deep breath slowly through your nose and slowly exhale,

Noticing how the tension of your body is melting away.

One last time,

Slowly take a deep breath through the nose and slowly exhale,

Allowing this relaxed feelings to develop all over your body.

At this moment,

Let your breath go back to its natural rhythm.

Now,

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your jaw,

Relax your neck,

Focus on your breath.

Focus on the relaxing sensation your breath is bringing to your body and allow that sensation to move through your body.

Stay focused on it.

Feel the movement.

Focusing on this relaxing sensation helps you move your attention out of your mind and into your body,

Allowing your mind the space it needs to be fully present,

Right here and right now.

Stay focused on your breath.

Feel that relaxing sensation covering your entire body as a soft blanket.

You're simply breathing in and breathing out.

Take the time and stay focused on that relaxing sensation.

Notice how it's moving through your entire body with every breath in and with every breath out.

Your body is softening more and more.

With each breath settling into calm,

Settling into ease,

Settling into more clarity.

Connected to the present moment with clear,

Calm mind.

At this moment,

With the clear mind and feeling reconnected,

Calm and happy,

You're slowly becoming more aware of the room where you are in,

The noises around you.

You're becoming more aware of your toes and fingers.

And when you're ready,

Take a deep breath and open your eyes and come back to full awareness.
