You’ll begin by getting completely comfortable and letting the soft rhythm of your breath begin to settle you. With calm, steady guidance, you'll be invited to let go of external distractions, turn inward, and simply follow the sound of the voice — allowing it to soothe and soften you with each word. Rather than trying to silence your mind, this meditation gently encourages your thoughts to drift. You’ll become aware of the sensations in your body — the heaviness of your limbs, the texture beneath your fingers, the steady rhythm of your breath — and these simple observations guide you effortlessly into a calmer state of awareness. As your mind relaxes, your body follows and you begin to float into a quiet, dreamlike state. With no pressure to concentrate or analyze, you’re free to simply drift, release, and surrender into stillness.

And this is Saloni welcoming you to this deep sleep experience.

Before we begin,

Make yourself as comfortable as you can.

And now,

Once you're lying comfortably,

Start to relax and listen to my voice.

And I'm going to be talking about various things and you may want to keep track of them.

Or you may not,

As it's up to you to let go when you want to.

So,

For now,

Just relax and settle yourself down.

And close your eyes anytime you want to as you listen to the sound of my voice and the sound of the words that I'm using.

And maybe think about the shapes of those words.

And as you do,

You can become aware of any sounds around you.

From inside the building or outside.

The sounds coming from inside you.

And the sounds of my words as they're rising and falling.

Changing.

And these sounds can be so interesting.

And you can find that they're so relaxing.

They're relaxing you.

And the only sound you need to listen to as you hear the other sounds is the sound of my voice.

And this sound can make you want to relax and settle even more.

And you can find yourself sinking deeper down as you relax to my words as you relax deeper.

And listening to all those sounds.

And you can become aware of your body on the bed.

And the feel of the bed.

Weight of your legs.

And your arms as your legs are getting heavy.

And under your hands,

Your fingers can become aware without moving.

And the texture of the material you're lying on is similar to and different from the feeling of heavy arms.

And you may even feel like you're sinking down as you lie there.

Thinking about the texture of the sounds and the shape of the words.

And gently pressing down now as you relax.

Aware of the feeling of your feet as they feel heavier and heavier.

And you're aware of the sound in words.

And relaxing arms and heavy legs.

Relax and focus.

And notice how your breath is allowing you to relax.

To let go and go deeper.

And deeper as you relax.

Your shoulders loosening.

As your feet feel even heavier.

And the sounds go round.

You are relaxing and going down.

And those gentle,

Steady breaths.

Remind you how you can ignore everything.

As you settle down to sleep.

And allow your mind to drift away.

Enjoying the feeling of release.

Everything is settling.

More comfortably now.

And using those sounds to become even more relaxed.

Imagine yourself going deeper and deeper.

Nothing to think about.

Nothing to do.

Except drifting down.

And enjoying the feeling.

And noticing how easily you let go when you want to go.

Feel your whole body sinking down.

Gentle and relaxed.

Focus on your breathing.

Feeling everything.

Relaxing.

Softening.

Loosening.

Enjoying the feeling of release.

That your face is relaxed.

Your jaw is relaxing.

Thinking.

You're not thinking.

The tall tension.

Floated away.

Not even caring.

As this is your time.

Every muscle relaxed so good.

Feeling.

Worries or concerns you.

Your time is now.

And relax.

And everything lets go.

Floating.

And drifting.

Drifting.

And floating.

Releasing.

Drifting.

Letting go.

Into sleep.

Drifting off to sleep.

Drifting away.
