Perfect for moments of emotional overwhelm, energetic fatigue, or anytime you feel the need to reset and return to your center. Best practiced in a quiet space with soft music or crystal bowls. Welcome,

We are so happy to have you here.

Just take a moment to find a comfortable position.

Somewhere you can sit with an upright spine or lay down if your body asks for it.

Just stay present if you are laying down.

Gently close your eyes and place one hand on your heart and the other hand on your belly.

Begin to connect with your breath.

As you take a deep inhale through the nose,

Allow your belly to expand big like a balloon.

And slowly exhale.

Inhale once more.

And as you exhale,

Allow your body to begin to surrender.

To release any tension that you don't need to care with you right now.

Now gently bring your attention to your ground.

Relaxing the scalp.

Relaxing the forehead and going down through the space between your eyebrows,

Your eyelids.

Relax and go down to your jaw,

Your thumb.

And keep scanning through your body,

Relaxing every part that you place your awareness to.

Feel how with each exhale your face begins to soften.

Bring your awareness to your neck and shoulders.

Allow your shoulders to melt down and away from your ears.

Relax your arms and your elbows and your hands.

And bring your hands on your thighs.

Relax them down.

Relax your chest and your abdomen.

Feel how your breath flows naturally without any effort,

Any pressure,

Without needing to be perfect.

Just how it is.

Let your back adjust and your spine align softly.

Again,

Without fighting against your body,

Without fighting against your spine.

Just bringing it upright.

Relax your pelvis and your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves.

Keep breathing,

You're doing great.

And finally,

Relax your ankles,

Your feet,

And each one of your toes.

Your body is now a calm and open receiver.

Still and present.

Now let's create connection to the earth.

Bringing your attention to the area of your tailbone first.

Imagine that from this point you're going to visualize a large port of energy.

An energy thread that begins to unravel and it moves downward.

Through the floor,

All the way down,

Crossing among the layers of the earth.

Descending deeper and deeper until it reaches the energetic core of the planet.

A warm and vibrant and living space of pure energy.

Right there just for you.

Waiting for you to come and to connect.

Use your breath as an ally.

And connect.

Take a deep inhale.

Plug your core in there.

Steady,

Loving,

And safe.

You're grounded.

You are supported.

Now with every inhale you take,

Imagine you're drawing up energy from the earth's core.

Visualize how that energy goes up through your ground core.

It reaches first your tailbone.

And it begins to ascend through your body.

Take an inhale.

Cleans first your root chakra.

And exhale,

Release what no longer serves you.

Inhale again.

The energy moves into the sacral chakra,

Clearing and unblocking.

Exhale,

Let go of tensions,

Old beliefs,

Stored memories.

Inhale,

Take into the energy and reach your solar plexus.

Exhale,

Soften any inner resistance.

Feel the energy going to your heart.

Exhale,

Allow any hotness to dissolve.

The energy moves your throat.

And exhale,

Clear your voice,

Any unspoken words,

Any unexpressed truths.

The energy reaches your third eye.

Softly exhale,

Let go of any judgment and confusion.

Take a deep inhale.

The energy reaches your crown,

The center of divine wisdom.

And then,

As you exhale,

Allow the energy to overflow from your ground all around your body.

A shower of light pours down over you.

It falls across your scalp,

Your face,

Your shoulders,

All the way down.

Inhale in pure energy.

And exhale,

Allow the energy to wash through you,

Inside out.

Let's take a couple of deep breaths more.

One more,

Inhale.

And out.

Slowly one more,

Inhale.

Draw life from that beautiful energy from earth.

And exhale,

Let that sacred stream of flow of energy go through you like a river of purification.

Breathe normally and now gently begin to soften the flow of energy.

Visualize the energy moving from your crown back down.

Flowing through all of your centers,

Returning to your tailbone.

And from there,

Flowing down your grounding cord into the earth once more.

With compassion and with gratitude,

Very gently disconnect your cord from the earth's core.

And slowly gather your cord back into you.

Allow it to return fully.

Now feel your energy.

How is your energy field?

Is it cleaner,

Calmer?

Is your presence serene?

Do one final scan of your body.

Noticing any changes.

Maybe a sense of lightness,

Spaciousness,

Calmness.

Bring your attention to the feelings and the sensations of your skin.

Notice how the air of the room and the space you are at right now touches you softly.

Feel its temperature,

Its pressure against your skin.

Bring your awareness to the weight of your body resting on the earth and being supported by it.

To the soft sounds of your environment.

Observe any thought coming through your mind right now.

And without judgment,

Just allow it to take space and to let go.

When you feel ready,

Begin to gently move your fingers and your toes.

Bring the palms of your hands together in front of your heart.

And rub your palms against each other,

Creating friction,

Creating some energy.

And bring one hand on your belly,

The other hand on your heart.

Just like how you did at the beginning.

And take a deep breath in.

Feeling that expansion of yourself.

That groundness after the beautiful earth's energy went through your body.

Softly blink your eyes open and return fully to the present.

Return to your body and to this moment.

Bring both hands together in front of your heart for the last time.
