Morning mindfulness,
Positive intentions.
I have read another day a research,
Very recent research about intentions,
Where there were a group of people,
They were praying for people in the hospital.
And in the hospital they make two groups.
One group would receive the prayers and the other group not.
So,
The group who was receiving the prayers,
They had a really faster recovery than the group that didn't receive the prayers.
So,
The intention is scientifically proved that can make an effect in the human beings,
In the plants,
In the animals.
So,
I found it so interesting,
The scientific research,
Where people were intentionally sending positive vibrations to others and the group that was in the hospital,
Both groups,
They didn't know that they were receiving these intentions and they recovered.
So,
More and more science goes towards spirituality,
Mysticism,
And they start to understand that there is something in us,
Beyond.
So,
Positive intentions is the theme of the meditation today.
I invite you to find a comfortable seated position.
Adjust your back,
Length on your back.
For your hands,
You can simply place them on your thighs or you can choose the classic Chin Mudra,
The thumb over the index finger.
Palms facing up.
But first,
I would like you to take deep inhalations by opening up your arms.
Inhale up.
Exhale,
Yajna Mudra.
Inhale,
Arms up.
Exhale,
Anjali Mudra.
One more inhale up.
Exhale,
Anjali Mudra.
Good vibrations.
Good flow.
Gently close your eyes.
Inhale through your nose.
Deep exhalation,
Long exhalations through the mouth.
Inhale,
Expand your chest.
Exhale fully.
Inhale,
Expand your chest,
Bring your shoulders slightly back.
Exhale,
Relax your shoulders.
Keeping inhaling and exhaling.
Connecting more and more of your breath cycles.
Promoting progressive relaxation.
Inhale through the freshness of the air passing through your nostrils.
Exhale long and slowly.
Inhale through the freshness of the air passing through your throat.
As you would blow a candle,
Exhale slowly.
Now inhale and exhale through your nose.
Place the tip of the tongue up in the sky of the mouth,
Close to your upper teeth.
This will assist you in inhalations and exhalations throughout your nose and also control the amount of saliva you produce.
Just focus on this gentle touch of your tongue in the sky of your mouth and inhale deeply.
Exhale through your nose.
Now I invite you to make a double inhalation,
One long and one shorter.
Inhale in,
Inhale twice,
Exhale through the nose.
Inhale in,
Inhale twice,
Exhale through the nose.
Inhale once,
Inhale twice,
Exhale through the nose.
Inhale and exhale at your all natural pace.
As you connect with the temperature of your breath,
I invite you to place a gentle smile on your lips.
Relaxing your face muscles,
Relax your eyebrows,
Relax your jaw.
And I invite you to become aware of the quality of your thoughts without judgment.
Take a moment to understand,
To acknowledge which type of stream of thoughts you are generating right now.
If a thought takes you away from your breath,
Takes you in a ride,
In a different story,
Just bring your attention back to your breath,
To the freshness of the air passing through your nose.
As you notice the air coming out a bit warmer and in the same time you just allow the thoughts to arise,
To come and go as they please without getting attached to them,
With no judgment approach.
Take a moment to observe,
Be the witness of your inner experience.
Smile.
All is well and I invite you to flow.
There is nothing you need to do,
Just listen to the words I have to offer you today.
Bring your awareness to the middle of your forehead,
To your third eye.
In your inner sight,
You just let this dot of luminosity unfold to you.
Don't force it,
Just relax.
Letting your mind a small dot to arise,
To become more vivid.
Just observe the colors and relax.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Notice that this dot starts to expand as a form of light,
A form of luminosity.
As it expands,
It starts to shine bright in your mind,
In your inner vision.
And this brightness is expanding in your mind,
Taking every corner,
All spaces,
All the dimensions of your mind.
Inhale the light,
Invite it to come more and more into your experience.
Allow the light to enter abundantly in your mind.
And now,
Once again,
Check the quality of your thoughts.
Let your intuition flow.
No judgement approach.
As this light is bringing to you kindness,
Compassion.
And from this safe space that you have created,
I invite you to think which quality you want to bring into your day.
You may want to be more generous,
More compassionate,
To have more attention,
To listen to others,
To give your attention and divide it.
Maybe you want to be more supportive,
More intellectual.
What do you want to bring into your day,
Into your reality at this moment of your life?
What are you seeking?
What are you looking for?
Are you looking for inspiration,
For opportunities?
I invite you to create them in your mind.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Don't be so serious about your intentions.
You may allow your heart to influence the qualities you will promote.
In each inhalation you bring coherence between your heart vibrations and your mind.
Bringing more light into your experience.
Your mind is just a safe space of pure luminosity where you can project anything safely,
Calmly,
Inhale light,
Exhale love.
It's great to come together for the purpose of co-creating elevated vibrations.
I invite you to project the qualities that you want.
Project them in your future.
See yourself joyful,
Healthy,
Prosperous,
Abundant.
Be generous with yourself.
Visualize your being lighting up your life with so much brightness that you become contagious.
You share your light with others.
You lit up the world you are in.
And the more you give,
The more you will receive.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Please place the right hand on your heart,
Follow it by the left.
For the next few moments,
Establish the connection with the rhythm of your heartbeat.
Inhaling light and exhaling love,
Kindness,
Compassion.
Eliminating your positive intentions directly from your heart chakra.
Vibrate.
There is so much love for you in here.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Let your hands gently land on your lap with the palms facing up.
And I invite you to be the witness of the feelings,
Sensations on your heart.
And also observe the vibrations promoted in the palms of your hands.
