Hello and welcome to this Anxiety Soothing Sound Bath.

In this sound bath,

We'll be utilizing meditation and sound healing to help soothe and ease any anxiety you may be feeling in this moment.

Allow yourself to find a comfortable seat or gently lay down.

Finding a comfortable place of stillness,

Allow your body to settle in.

Making any final adjustments,

Bring yourself to the present moment.

Allowing your body to become still.

Just noticing any energy circulating,

Any thoughts that are present.

Just bringing awareness to them and gently letting them go.

Bringing your awareness to your body.

Feeling each muscle loosen.

Taking a moment to scan and feel any points of tightness or restriction.

Begin to gently breathe into them.

Inhale breathing into them.

As you bring awareness to your body,

Begin to locate the anxiety in your body or in your mind.

Gently noticing the sensations you're feeling and experiencing.

Gently noticing any thoughts that are occurring or reoccurring.

Begin to notice what they feel like.

So often we want to run away from our anxiety,

But today we choose to make peace and become finding out what it means so we can gently let it go.

Now that you've located your anxiety,

You know what it feels like.

You've brought your attention to what it may mean.

Begin to open your heart.

Breathing into the center of your chest,

Feeling it expand.

Exhaling,

Feeling it drop down.

Begin to breathe into your heart space.

Begin to feel it open.

Our heart space is a powerful center.

Where deep and true healing can take place.

The power of love is the highest vibration,

Surpassing any lower vibrations,

Including anxiety.

So we're going to open our hearts to our anxiety.

With each breath,

We're going to open our heart to our anxiety.

Feeling the heart open.

Begin to feel the energy from your heart space radiating out.

This energy from your heart space begins to lovingly hold you.

Your body is safe and held.

You are loved and protected in this moment.

You know that everything you need to soothe your anxiety inside of you.

If holding the anxiety ever feels too much,

Gently notice that thought,

Notice those thoughts,

And just as easily as they came in,

Gently let them go.

Begin to welcome the anxiety into this space.

Feeling the energy of love transforming the anxiety into a higher vibration.

When you feel the anxiety with this radiating energy,

Begin to gently melt away.

So is your mind.

The only place you need to be is here in the present moment.

In this present moment,

You are safe.

You are held.

Begin to tell your anxiety,

It's okay.

Gently repeating the mantra in your heart space.

It's okay.

It's okay.

Allow this mantra to settle into your heart.

Begin to invite a loving curiosity to your anxiety.

Asking it if there's anything it needs.

Asking it what would be healing for it.

And allow downloads of the highest frequency only of loving light come through.

Telling you what would be healing for your anxiety.

Maybe it's to let go and trust that the universe will hold you.

Maybe it's to bring yourself to the present moment.

Maybe it's to give yourself a hug.

You know that you're going to be okay.

But allow these divine downloads to come through.

Seeing what would be healing for you.

Once you feel satisfied with this download,

Back to the highest frequencies of love,

Allowing yourself to be held by the healing sounds of the bowls.

Let me come to the surface with our time together.

Just as quickly as it may come up,

Just as quickly,

Let it go.

Bring your attention back to the sounds of the bowls as my voice fades out.

Allow yourself to be held.

Begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

You may wish to deepen your breath.

You may wish to bring gentle movement back into the body.

Gentle movement back into the body.

Gently stretching.

You can lay here for as long as you wish.

Allowing yourself to reintegrate back into the present moment.

Knowing the energy you cultivate now,

Love and light,

Soothing your anxiety with you always.

You can return back to this moment at any point throughout your day.
