You're probably saying om wrong which means that you're not getting the full benefits of your chanting.

So how do we say it and what does it even mean?

So om is the sound of the universe.

It is bringing us back into this universal truth and our true authentic self.

What happens when we're our true authentic self?

Everything that is meant for us comes to us.

So we are manifesting things quickly.

We are living peacefully,

Happily,

Joyfully.

So how do we say om?

It's broken down into three separate parts.

A,

O,

M.

With our A,

We are focusing on our root and sacral center.

O,

We are focusing on our heart center.

M,

We are focusing on our third eye and crown chakra.

So it sounds a bit like oh and you can watch my mouth go from really large to completely shut.

Now let's try it together.

Now we're going to do this practice a hundred and eight times together because two reasons.

Number one,

Then your body knows what it feels like to say it.

You can notice the difference between what you used to do and what you're going to be doing from now on.

And then you also realize that a hundred and eight is the perfect amount of times to chant to change your energy.

Hundred and eight has been used in so many different religions for different reasons.

So what we're gonna do,

Get comfortable,

Get seated.

I like sitting crisscross applesauce with my legs and I have got my chanting beads here a hundred and eight.

So what we're gonna do is chant that um sound together.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Inhale,

Just notice how you're feeling,

Where there's any tension or discomfort.

Not trying to change it,

Just becoming aware of how we currently feel.

And now let's start together.

Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah

Excellent explanation for where in our body the om “aum’ rises through. I feel clearer, grounded and happier after chanting with you. Thank you Annabel ✨💜✨
