And welcome,

My name is Annabelle and in today's meditation we are going to start to regulate our nervous system to our new life.

I know you are ready to make change.

I know you're already getting intimately pulled to it.

Your intuition is guiding you.

You're allowing your past behaviors and habits to fall away and it seems easier than ever before.

So let's take a deep breath in through your nose,

Now through your nose.

One more time.

Sometimes it's so hard when we've got this vision of ourselves in ten years.

We think how can we get there overnight?

The truth is we won't.

That version is a hundred revolutions and a hundred lessons from us now.

So how do we get one step,

One evolution further?

How do we feel safe to do that?

We regulate our nervous system.

So take a deep breath.

Feel your belly rise and fall.

And I want you to start to envision that ten-year version of yourself.

They have everything you want.

Everything went their way.

It's actually a life even more amazing than you ever imagined.

Think of their daily habits and routines.

What brings them joy?

What fills their cup?

And now start to think of what is one thing they do that outfits so effortlessly in your life.

Maybe it's one of their attributes.

They don't gossip or they don't eat after sunset.

They start the day with yoga and morning wellness shots.

Maybe they just tie their hair back differently.

Whatever it is,

Start to envision waking up tomorrow in your own bed and starting to implement this into your life.

The new mindset,

The new habit,

The new routine.

Thinking of how easy it is.

It's just one new thing after all.

Think of yourself in a year's time still doing this routine.

And how if you miss a day,

It feels off.

And start to envision and feel the emotion and energy that you get from this new change.

Breathe this energy all the way down to your hips.

All the way down to your feet.

Allowing it to really ground.

Allowing yourself to expand.

Staying with this energy,

I want you to repeat some affirmations.

I choose myself.

I am ready to expand.

I choose to grow.

I love myself.

I choose to lovingly let go of what is left of me and release what is left.

I choose me.

I love me.

And now take a deep breath in.

Exhaling and open your eyes if you've had them closed.

You already are the next version of yourself because you want to be.

It's safe to be.

Definitely.

You've got a world to change.
