Welcome to this guided meditation.

I'm your guide,

Dr.

Andrew Goff.

Let's begin by lying down in a comfortable position.

Gently close your eyes and allow your arms to rest softly by your side.

Your legs are heavy.

Your head is supported.

There's nothing you need to do right now but rest.

We're going to start by taking a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Let your body sink just a little bit more deeply into the bed beneath you.

Again,

Inhale and exhale,

Relaxing into the rhythm of your breath.

Let the day soften.

Let the edges of thoughts begin to blur.

Whatever you've held onto today,

Your tasks and responsibilities,

Emotions,

Roles,

And expectations of those roles begin to loosen your grip.

Your body is already beginning to settle into stillness.

Let the mind follow.

Tonight,

We gently shift awareness from the surface of the self,

The version of you shaped by roles,

Achievements,

And demands,

Into a deeper connection with life.

All day,

You've moved through the world with a sense of self shaped by responsibilities.

Perhaps you've been the teacher,

The parent,

The planner,

The one who holds things together.

These roles are familiar to you.

They organize your day,

But they do not define the whole of who you are.

Now,

In this quiet space,

Let those begin to dissolve.

And as you exhale,

Imagine releasing all that you carry today.

Let go of being the one who knows,

The one who fixes,

The one who must do it all.

Let go of the effort to manage or control.

There is no need to solve anything right now.

No need to get it right,

Just the rhythm of your breath,

Just the quiet presence of your being.

As you rest,

We move from the small self,

Centered on survival,

Toward the larger self,

One that senses its place in the whole.

You are not alone in your work,

Your care,

Your dreams.

You are part of something vast,

Interconnected,

And alive.

Feel your breath as it moves through you,

Like waves meeting the shore.

Notice how life supports you without any effort,

Gravity holds you,

Even now,

As you fall asleep.

The world continues to move and grow,

And you are part of that quiet unfolding.

And with each exhale,

You release the day.

With each inhale,

You open to what is becoming.

This is a practice called letting go.

Let go of what no longer serves you,

Of what is complete,

Of what has outlived its usefulness.

And let come whatever is emerging,

Silently,

Slowly,

Patiently,

From within.

There is nothing to force,

The future is not something to chase,

It is something to welcome,

Like a guest.

Let the doorway stay open.

Feel the spaciousness that remains,

The stillness,

The deep,

Steady grounding of your being.

Let yourself rest in this space.

It is a space where clarity grows,

Not through thinking,

But through presence.

Right here and right now,

Renewal comes through surrender.

This is not the sleep of escape,

This is the sleep of remembering,

Returning to the whole of who you are,

To the awareness that you are not separate from life.

You are safe.

You are supported.

You are exactly where you need to be.

Timeless space where new life takes root.

Let your body soften.

Let your mind float.

Thank you for listening to this guided meditation.
