This meditation is brought to you by Indigo Alchemy where meditation becomes simple,

Supportive and real.

Each guided practice is designed for those who are new to meditation or finding their way back to a daily meditation practice.

No prior experience is required.

You will be gently guided to slow your breath,

Settle your thoughts and reconnect with yourself with your inner wisdom.

Through short steady practices,

You'll discover that stillness isn't about escaping life.

It's about finding peace within it.

Welcome to this meditation.

The struggle is real.

Acceptance is a gift.

I'm Marianne and I'll be your inner wisdom guide.

This meditation places acceptance at the heart of your struggle,

Not as a resignation,

But as the healing gift that releases resistance and opens the way followed.

Let's begin.

Choose a comfortable space where you won't be interrupted.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Gently close your eyes and if that's not comfortable for you,

Simply focus your eyes on an object nearby and begin to bring your attention inward.

Take a deep,

Gentle breath in and slowly exhale,

Letting the body begin to settle.

Again,

Inhale deeply and let it go.

You've arrived here,

In this moment,

Exactly as you are.

No need to be anywhere else,

No need to pretend.

The struggle is real and it's okay to admit that.

This meditation is about unlocking what hurts,

Softening what feels tight and discovering the quiet power that comes when we accept what is,

Not as defeat,

But as a gift.

Feel the weight of your body supported by the chair or the ground beneath you.

Let gravity hold you and hear the earth beneath you saying,

You are safe to let go.

Soften your shoulders,

Unclench your jaw and let your breath move freely in and out.

And if you wish,

Place a hand over your heart,

A small gesture of kindness to yourself.

You are here,

Showing up for your healing.

That in itself is enough.

Bring to mind what feels heavy for you right now,

A situation,

A relationship,

A disappointment,

Something that stirs frustration or pain.

Let it come into focus without forcing it away.

You might quietly name it to yourself.

This is what I'm learning.

No need to analyze or judge,

Just witness.

You may feel sadness,

Anger,

Or even numbness.

Whatever arises,

Let it be part of this moment.

The struggle you are feeling is not a sign of failure.

It's a reflection of your humanity.

You are simply meeting yourself where you are.

Now imagine each inhale as a gentle wave of compassion,

And each exhale as a release of tension,

Of resistance.

With every breath,

The edges of your pain begin to soften.

You don't need to make it disappear,

Just give it room to breathe.

Picture light entering the space where the struggle has lived.

A soft,

Warm light that doesn't fix,

But soothes.

This light represents acceptance.

It whispers to you,

You don't have to fight this anymore.

You can feel hurt and still open your heart.

You can acknowledge pain and still invite peace.

Now turn your attention to the word acceptance.

Let it settle into your awareness.

Acceptance is not giving up.

I'll say that again.

Acceptance is not giving up.

It's not saying that what happened was okay.

It is saying,

I choose to stop battling what already is.

Acceptance is the moment you reclaim your power,

Because you are no longer tied to changing the past.

The gentle voice of acceptance says,

I deserve peace,

Even if things didn't go as I hoped.

This is the gift.

Acceptance frees your energy,

Your mind,

And your heart to heal.

It's a quiet form of love,

The kind that begins with yourself.

Feel this truth expanding within you.

Let it wash over your body like warm sunlight,

Relaxing,

Releasing,

Renewing.

As you rest in this space of acceptance,

Notice the lightness beginning to return to your body.

Imagine standing at the edge of a new path.

You may not know where it leads,

But you feel ready to take the first step.

You don't have it all figured out.

Just be willing to move forward and whisper to yourself,

I accept what is.

I trust what comes.

What comes next?

Acceptance has opened the door.

Now grace will guide you through it.

Take a deep,

Nourishing breath in,

And exhale fully,

Letting go of any last resistance.

You have met your struggle with compassion.

You have given yourself the gift of acceptance.

As we near the end of this meditation,

Allow these positive affirmations to fill your heart.

I'll say them three times.

The first repetition introduces the idea.

The second helps it sink in and register as meaningful.

The third creates emotional resonance,

A feeling of truth or embodiment.

Repeat these affirmations silently or loud.

Acceptance is the greatest gift I can give myself.

I can hold my struggle and still choose peace.

I release resistance and open to what is.

Through acceptance,

I find freedom.

Second set.

Acceptance is the great gift I can give myself.

I can hold my struggle and still choose peace.

I release resistance and open to what is.

Through acceptance,

I find freedom.

Third set.

Acceptance is the greatest gift I can give myself.

I can hold my struggle and still choose peace.

I release resistance and open to what is.

Through acceptance,

I find freedom.

Let your awareness return to the room you're in,

To the sensations of the present moment.

Take one final breath.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes or lift your gaze,

Carrying the gentle knowing that acceptance is not surrender.

It's a gift and you are free.

Let your light shine and your inner wisdom be with you this day and every day.

Namaste.
