Hello,

My name is Inge and this is The Recovery Solution,

An integrated plan for burnout and chronic stress recovery.

If you're dealing with chronic stress or burnout,

This is a place to slow things down,

Feel less alone and make your recovery feel more manageable.

One of the hardest things isn't motivation,

It's where to start your recovery process.

There are so many tools out there,

Breathwork,

Meditation,

Yoga,

Therapy,

Journaling,

Nervous system regulation,

Cold exposure,

Exercise,

Supplements.

And when you're already exhausted,

Overwhelmed and cognitively fried,

Choosing the optimal option can feel almost impossible.

Because when you're chronically stressed,

That's a state in which prioritizing stops working.

You don't need more options,

You need someone to make the complexity manageable.

And that's the role I want to take for you here.

Because I used to be where you are now,

Feeling isolated,

Lonely,

Ashamed,

Anxious,

Exhausted and like I would be in this stress treadmill for the rest of my life.

Over the past seven years,

I have focused on one thing very deliberately.

Understanding stress as a system and learning how to work with it without adding more load.

I come from a background in psychological science,

So I naturally approach things like a researcher.

In-depth,

Mechanism-focused and not surface level.

So I am not going to tell you that there's a quick fix for your stress,

Because there isn't.

I am going to tell you which tools matter most,

When to use them and how to practice them in an integrated way that saves you time and energy instead of adding more pressure to an already overloaded life.

Alongside my scientific background in psychology,

Over the past seven years I've trained in yoga,

Breathwork and internal family systems.

I've helped thousands of students through online courses,

Hosted hundreds of group sessions and coached a long list of clients one-on-one.

And this is what I've seen again and again.

Stress isn't just physical,

It's not just mental and it's not just emotional.

Breathwork alone will not fix your stress,

Neither will therapy,

Neither will exercise,

Neither will productivity systems and neither will meditation.

If we only work on one layer,

The system doesn't fundamentally change.

And at the same time,

Trying to tackle everything at once is just as unhelpful.

That's where integration comes in.

Complex problems are always a problem of systems.

Climate change is one.

The earth is a complex system.

Focusing all our efforts on only one solution or doing 20 things at 10% effort is not going to solve the problem.

And on a smaller,

More personal scale,

How your body operates under chronic stress is similar.

The world is overheated and so are you.

Both are a complex interplay of systems and fixing the problem requires a smartly targeted multi-level approach.

That's where my method comes in.

You are not going to do more,

You are going to prioritize,

Focus and do things smarter.

You won't have to obsess over what the perfect routine will be.

You won't have to waste precious energy wading through all the ads that promise that this one thing will fix all your problems.

I will give you a small coherent set of practices that work together and fit into real life.

So in the end,

You will do less,

Not more.

In the next session,

I will explain how I work with stress as a system and which core approaches I consistently come back to.

Take care and I'll see you tomorrow.

Also for me, not burned out/over-stressed but pretty vital, this approach is so helpful. Helpful to live and keep up a healthy life style in our over-stressed world full of distractions. Many thanks for this 🙏🏻
