Hello,
I'm happy that you joined today.
We'll start our meditation practice today and whatever posture is right for you in this present moment.
So you can sit or lay down or you stand in this position.
We'll start with movements so um yeah it's basically not important how you start the meditation.
You can have your eyes open or closed however you feel comfortable.
In this present moment I always invite you to close your eyes to connect more into your body as it's easier just when you have your eyes closed and also like we'll always have open our eyes and looking on screens and whatever.
So we start our practice with the breath.
Breathe in through your nose and out through the mouth.
Again breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth and in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Great.
This practice is especially designed for midday so like during the day you can practice it but also in the morning at night maybe not that suitable as it is a little bit more and made for rising up the energy level.
So whatever posture you are breathe again in and out through the mouth and start moving maybe move your head a little bit turn your head from one side to the other and you're also invited to do every sound you want to do and then move a little bit your shoulders and stretch however you like.
If you feel tensed you can breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth and if you feel calm or you can still like breathe out also through the nose but if you really need to release something it's easier in my opinion to let it go all through the mouth and then release get it go I don't need to be here maybe you find a comfortable position pose a yoga posture whatever where you can really tune into your body.
I'm now at my on my knees with the hands on the floor the knees under the hips and they're doing some circles with the hips like if you need an idea what you can do if you're really lost but if you tune into your body and with practice you will find out and just you can know well that actually your body knows there's like a connection and if you really let it flow that the body knows what it needs so in the beginning maybe it's like you decide how to move your body but then in the end your body moves so you really I think go all the attention by moving the body however you want and if you feel like not moving then don't then just relax and stay on breath you can sigh you can even scream or do whatever you want you can laugh you can cry so I invite you to create a practice where really everything is welcome what is in the moment and and what is there so don't hide anything so be true to yourself and let it be and it's also interesting if you don't know how to move your body and everything it's also interesting like to recognize then to let go of that just move I'd like you to move your shoulders now your shoulders up and down then we want to inhale up and then we're going to exhale through the mouth down again up to the shoulders to the ears and then down and again up shake it all off shake your hands your arms your body a little bit your head maybe come to a standing position it can shake a little bit easier your legs and everything which you can also do it differently grab your neck and roll your shoulders again just play a little bit with your body and the shaking and the moving don't think how it will look like just follow the flow of your body and the wisdom of your body I hope you could listen to something I was so into it that the microphone dropped if you feel like you finish with moving as we're in a moment going to a still meditation and it's really good also to see like to know yourself better like what rises and what you want to move and everything I really encourage everybody to practice also seated meditation where your spine is straight and if you want to move just observe it so now's the time to move shake it all off pause the tape if you want to if you have a feeling that you need to still move your body maybe do some sun salutations or whatever comes into your mind so put some socks on depends on what how the temperature is but if you sit longer or lay down as you prefer you can get cold really comfy now so you want nothing that doesn't need to disturb you and then you stay with your socks on or your sweater and whatever you have on your body now you stay and put a blanket over your body over the knees if you feel like I have a blanket I would like to use for meditation so today's practice will be about rising up the energy level so firstly it was important to move the body so you can also do special yoga sequences for that but I like the inner wisdom of our body and yeah so our body knows exactly what it needs and when we have that finished maybe two half an hour you can move if you move throughout the day 10 minutes is great sometimes also just one minute shaking everything off and then prepare for still posture so we will be looking on what is in the moment what arises let it be and then at the end rising the energy level so you shouldn't do this practice if your energy levels are pretty high or just leave the last part out so I would recommend to do something else but if you had the feeling that your energy level was pretty low and you're like thinking of maybe I should drink another coffee to get like to my energy level then this would be pretty suitable I hope so find a comfortable posture if you really hate you can lay down but that will be more difficult to rise than the energy if you're not like practicing that regularly and know how to move the energy through the body system so I would recommend you to sit down in a in your yoga posture actually what you use to meditate if you don't use if you're not used to meditate then just find a position where your spine can be straight for the next moments well next minutes when the meditation is and if you for example sitting on a chair then put your feet below your knees and the feet on the ground so I hope you've found everyone your posture then you can still do whatever movement you want to do if there's anything left you want to do do it now please and then let every thought of wanting to move the body arise and just recognize that it's there from observer mode just observe what is arising oh I want to scratch my nose there oh I want to take my clothes off now I'm feeling now I'm feeling hot see that recognize everything all right close your eyes gently and then straighten your spine from the hip area till the crown to the top of the crown so vertebrae for vertebrae straighten your spine so the energy can really rise comfortable comfortably through the spine where your shoulders up and down your palms facing up your chest can be open if you feel like putting your hands forming your hands to a certain mudra then you can certainly do that if you know what you want if your body is like telling you you need to put your hands like that then do that if not just have your hands open with your palms facing upwards your head can be over that can be adjusted a little bit so take a little bit to the right a little bit to the left wherever it feels really light like put your head there where it's the lightest maybe just upper body over the hips a little bit when you have that you stay in this position this posture is now still for the meditation time you don't move it you move before your body and you prepared everything pretty well so you can sit still now for the next time if it's very difficult for you to sit and do like in a meditation posture and it's pretty difficult then you maybe need to put your hips a little bit more up so you should sit on something on a yoga block or a cushion or maybe two yoga blocks i love to sit when i'm like longer meditation i'll be sitting on two yoga blocks sometimes it was really comfortable um yeah just do that so um now it's time to relax the body and relax every part of the body what isn't necessary for the posture so relax your feet let the feet ease up every muscle of your lower leg can be relaxed right now the knee area is really soft and your upper legs are soft as well as well as your hip area and the genital area everything is soft and relaxed doesn't need to be tensed for holding the posture and the lower back the belly and so the upper back and the chest area can be relaxed as well as the shoulders your arms and hands arms are soft the throat and the neck are soft the chin,
The mouth,
The tongue,
The nose,
The eyes,
The eyebrows the whole head relaxes and is soft right now the whole right side of the body and the whole left side of the body the whole body is soft and relaxed the eyes are gently closed and relaxed connect now to your breath and feel the breath in your abdomen area notice your body expanding how you're breathing in through the nose and how the navel is going to the spine and direction to the spine when you're breathing out through the nose just leave your attention there in the abdomen area connect it to the breath and bring in and out and then repeat in your mind while you're inhaling and breathing and while you're exhaling and breathing out inhaling and breathing in and breathing out while you're exhaling focus is on the abdomen area all the time and repeating in your mind and breathing in and breathing out and your own rhythm nothing more to do just stay there with your attention your breath connect it to your body you're observing what is arising in that moment and breathing in and breathing out the breath it's a life force energy so important most of the days we don't even recognize that we're breathing we don't put attention to the breath though it has a lot of potential to give us energy as it is a life force energy to calm us down when we notice you know your breath you know a lot of yourself and you have something you can control your breath if you know how to play with it you have the key to yourself actually to the deeper truths of yourself not right now,
There's nothing more than putting your attention on the abdomen area and and breathing in and breathing out now put your attention to the nose area and the same and breathing in and breathing out by breathing in you're repeating in your mind I'm breathing in and I'm breathing out and put your attention on what is happening and when you're breathing out also put your attention on the nose on the nostrils just put your attention there see if there are differences in temperature water rises maybe you're drifting up and forward and come back with a breath it's no problem when you get distracted,
It's normal just put your attention again to the breath now put your attention on the nose area now you can play with the breath a little bit differently while you're breathing in you're breathing in through the nose and down to your abdomen area so you're breathing in and sending your breath to your abdomen breathing out and sending your breath out from the abdomen area again through the nose area breathing in through the nose sending your breath to the abdomen area to those parts of the abdomen area see how far can the breath reach and then when you're breathing out you breathe out from the abdomen area and out through the nose again breathing in and out from the abdomen area from the nose to the abdomen area from the abdomen area to the nose inward from the nose to the abdomen area and out from the abdomen area to the nose and out of the nose the body be filled with this energy of breath and now if you have excess energy then don't do this practice just stop here and focus on the breath without doing more than just focusing on the breath going in through the nose and out through the nose but if you really need some more energy then stay with the practice now and we'll go a little bit further so you now breathe in through the nose and then first through the heart open the heart area and then the abdomen area in and in fill everything up and then out from the abdomen area and the chest area out through the nose in first chest area second abdomen area then out abdomen area and out chest area if you really feel like it's too forced then just don't do this practice and if you feel really comfortable with it you can stay with it in through the nose then through the chest open the chest fill the chest with live energy with breath then the abdomen area fill the abdomen area and out from the abdomen area chest area out through the nose and again in through the chest area to the abdomen area fill it all up up pause maybe and then out from the abdomen the chest and the nose area repeat this in through the nose chest abdomen area pause out through the abdomen area and the chest and the nose then after you were exhaling there's maybe a little pause there don't force anything and then again breathe in through the nose into the chest area open open open pause out through the abdomen area chest area out of the nose maybe a little pause and then do this in your own pace for three breaths and then just after your three breaths recognize what arises now just have you focus now on the breath through the nostrils and through the nose and stay here what's coming up how are you feeling how is the body feeling ok now you're coming to the part where we really use visualization you can have used it before with inhaling and exhaling but now you're losing it a lot and now you put our attention to the belly area right to the part behind the navel like the height of the navel and our spine area so imagine this bright light or whatever color you can decide what color you want and then there's like a small ball on the spine and you can turn there's a light like you can see whatever light you want there's one if you have no light then choose white light or choose a color what comes in your head whatever but you should feel comfortable with it so some people will use the yellow light as it stands for but in my teaching I don't use certain colors just normally white and if you have another color you want to work with just do it and see for yourself what is coming so you're your own master actually I'm just guiding you through some steps what I learned on my way just see for yourself so the attention is now on this area on the height of the navel on the spine so try to have you focus in this area without watching like putting your eyes down just have your eyes straight so that's also a really great practice your eyes are closed but straight looking straight and can be still all the body also the eyes should be still can work with that and the attention is in this navel area where you have this ball of light ok so we had to practice with breathing in through the nose and down to the abdomen so you breathe in through the nose and again with your attention going down down down till this ball in the abdomen area and out again so you give it now this ball energy through the nose like you're inhaling the energy down down down to the abdomen area and then out again and with every inhale this ball gets brighter like really bright with a lot of energy so and then out again when you have the feeling that's enough so then just stay there you don't need to exaggerate if it's the first time you practice that then just stay wherever you feel like and then practice maybe next time a little bit more if you're practicing now a little bit more then maybe next time next get to know yourself,
Get to know your energy level get to know how you can play with that,
With your imagination with the breath and this whole thing so breathe in through the nose give this ball energy and then again up the breath is going out from the nose so what you can do if you want like something more specific where you put your breath in and you can play with the spine actually you can breathe in through the nose and go down down down down to this ball and then the breath is like going through the spine till the navel area giving energy up to the ball and then out again breathe out the energy now like if it's too much energy you can take some energy out when you're breathing out from this ball yeah that's what I wanted to say so breathe in to the ball make it brighter brighter brighter and then breathe out but now we're not breathing out the energy just in case it's just too much energy so but now we want to really rise up your energy level so we don't when we're exhaling we're just exhaling and then getting new and more energy inside to the navel area to this ball bright light in and out so do it like three times your pace till the ball is really bright really really really bright the ball is not bigger than like this bright it's more smaller like um really small ball 2-3 centimeters but really full of bright light so it really has a lot of potential so now you stay with it now you like analyze how much brightness is there maybe there are also sensations of temperature changes or maybe there's like prickling or itching or whatever you can notice that like whatever rises just see what is there this energy ball and now connect to an intention why you need this energy like for what you want this energy and you can also put in this ball healing intention so every cell of the body can be nurtured tension can be released and this whole energy is in this abdomen area and now you can expand this energy ball visualization firstly inside the body so for every in-breath this bright ball gets brighter and then in the lower light is going into different parts of the body so first the whole abdomen area and then it goes brighter wider to chest area to the arms to the head to your legs to your feet so your whole body is now this bright light with the color you decided to so maybe it's white or it's yellow whatever color but it's really bright so your whole body is now with light filled with light now you can expand this light even outside of your body so from this small little ball what you had you see like the whole it has a potential to spread out so you can play with that then you can make the ball again smaller put it all in and then widen it also see how far can this energy reach so you want to really expand the energy right now as we're playing a high frequency energy right now so expand it outside of your body like if you're in a closed setting then the whole room can be with that energy field actually the color you had and then you can rest with this energy rest like feel calm while you're in a really high frequency frequency energy level like it's possible to stay calm and at the same time feeling like a lot of vibration so it's not possible for you to stay calm as you're in such a high energy level make it a little smaller if it's just in the abdomen area and you're just noticing it there you're fine with that just stay here.
The most important thing here in this practice is that you can that you're staying stay calm and not get too excited,
Oh my energy is there and there so see how much can the body hold and the body can sometimes hold more than actually the body like what you can touch can be outside of your body so you can expand it as a field like a big field so we're playing with this from the abdomen area as it's the most easiest way actually to start with that so you can do it with all chakras expanding the field the yeah with the third chakra the abdomen chakra area is easier to expand so it gives you like quite easy,
Quite fast energy so it's like your energy motor for you if you need fuel so see for yourself how long can you hold this energy with yourself so the aim is to have this energy level pretty high but at the same time stay calm can be that you feel really high from this practice and it's nice to see that you can just do visualization you can go in such states so your practice for today is like getting well getting to know what energy level you're really comfortable for today and then when you're getting out of the seated position you're in and you're doing your day and whatever you want to do in the day that you stay with this energy level this is the practice,
Always connecting to this feeling,
To the sensations how it was when you were in the energy level like you can have it like playing in the background like through the day remembering you can connect to this you need energy,
You can connect to the ball,
Riding it making it smaller when you don't need that much energy sometimes also it helps to get the hands together like play with the hands but I think it's better if you practice without moving but sometimes in the beginning if it's really difficult for you to expand the energy ball and maybe it's easier for you to move your hands a little bit while expanding and playing with it so whatever frequency right now just stay there and watch what is unfolding so maybe you see balls arising,
Maybe not be in this light just be the light see that on one plane you are the light you are this energy and you can stay here you can rest in this,
You can get your energy there in the level just with being still do some visualizations and you can get your energy back it's there for you always you just have to claim it and practice a little bit and there you have it so to get out of the meditation now I want you this time to stay with this energy level,
You decide it for you today but it can be that you are like a little bit in a trance state or something and breathe in through your nose and out through the mouth in through the nose and out through the mouth in through the nose and out through the mouth in through the nose and out through the mouth so gently open your eyes and your face and just see that this energy is still there with you and for you and you can play with that and now you can yeah be in the day with a lot of energy so I really not recommend this doing at night just if you want to do it at night then maybe you if you have to do a night shift or whatever then do it but it's not suitable for sleeping or anything so I wish you a lovely day,
