Welcome.

I invite you to allow the next 10 minutes to be mindful and intentional.

Find a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and a long steady breath out.

Again in,

Allow your shoulders to soften,

Your jaw unclench,

Your body to relax.

This is the beginning of your day.

Before conversations,

Before creativity,

Before decisions,

You meet yourself first.

Take another breath in.

Today is an opportunity to nourish yourself in a way that genuinely supports your body.

Now bring your awareness gently inward.

Notice how you feel this morning.

The texture of your energy,

The quality of your breath,

The sensations in your belly,

The weight of your arms and legs.

Simply observe.

Your body has wisdom.

It responds specifically and intelligently to what you give it.

Now,

I invite you to place one hand softly on your chest or your stomach and silently say,

I honor the wisdom of my body.

Take a breath.

Your body is your creative partner.

It carries your ideas,

Your imagination,

Your expression,

Your presence.

The way you nourish it shapes the way you think,

Feel,

And move through the world.

Imagine yourself moving through today.

Perhaps preparing breakfast in your kitchen.

Perhaps standing at the bench mid-morning.

Perhaps choosing something in the afternoon.

See the space clearly.

See the food options available.

Now,

See yourself pause.

In that small space,

You remember what your body thrives on.

You know which foods steady your energy.

You know which ones support your digestion.

Which ones help you feel clear,

Comfortable,

And capable.
