This is not a meditation — it’s an invitation. A soul-to-soul offering. You are not simply walking through fire — you are in contact with it. This hybrid transmission draws from my own initiation journey, weaving breath, truth, and sacred remembering. It’s a reminder that fire does not destroy what’s real — it burns away what no longer belongs. Let it stir your own knowing. Let it move you toward your next becoming.

Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

Let's begin by resting into your body.

Lie down or sit in a way that feels safe,

Supported,

Secure,

And gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a nice,

Deep breath in and a long,

Slow breath out,

Blowing the air like a cool stream through your lips.

Again,

In and out,

Letting the exhale ease your shoulders,

Soften your face,

And settle you into presence.

There are moments in life when the universe calls you into the fire.

Not to burn you,

But to purify,

To reveal,

To transform.

And not every initiation feels majestic.

Many arrive in a whisper or in the ache of what no longer holds in your life.

When I walked through my own fire,

I faced grief,

Anger,

Loss,

Letting go of what no longer was aligned with me.

And through the flames of that fire,

I discovered the core of me that never dies.

You are in contract with fire,

A sacred agreement that some things will be released,

Some truths will be unveiled,

And the flame will always remain.

What in you is asking to burn away?

Patterns?

Beliefs?

Expectations?

What part of your soul is pushing through the smoke,

Wanting to be seen?

Let your awareness drift inward.

Can you sense a glow deep in your being,

Faint at first?

That's your flame,

Not destructive,

Not wild,

But alive.

Feel its warmth along your spine,

In your belly,

In your heart.

Hear it crackling softly,

Like coals in the dark.

But it doesn't hurt you.

It holds you.

Ask yourself,

What does my flame want me to know today?

What wisdom is waiting in the ember?

What wants to be surrendered so that more light can rise?

You are not what burns.

You are not the smoke or the ashes.

You are what remains.

Luminous,

Strong,

Whole.

Now breathe with your flame.

On the inhale,

Draw its glow upward from your belly into your chest.

And on the exhale,

Feel that light radiating outward through your skin,

Through your presence.

Breathing in,

Drawing the ember's warmth into your core.

And breathing out,

Letting it fill your edges,

Softening friction.

Let that rhythm continue.

In,

Grow the light.

Out,

Loosen and release.

Return your awareness to your physical body.

Notice where you rest,

The points of connection where the support meets you.

And take a few gentle moments to wiggle or stretch,

Roll.

Find some movement in your body that feels good.

And you can sit up tall or stand if you'd like.

Take a final breath in.

And exhale fully.

Feel yourself in contract with the fire,

Not as a victim,

But as a sovereign being enlivened by its flame.

You can repeat silently or aloud,

I am in sacred dialogue with my flame.

I am in sacred dialogue with my flame.

I am in sacred dialogue with my flame.

Your fire walks with you now,

Not as force,

But as alchemy.

When you walk into your day,

Carry this ember with you.

Namaste.
