Ease into this moment and know this,

There is no right or wrong way to meditate.

You are already enough,

Already whole simply by arriving.

Take a moment to settle into a position that feels comfortable.

Feel the sensation of being held.

Allow your eyes to gently close or soften your gaze downward.

Let go of anything that came before this or anything after.

Take a slow,

Steady breath in.

Let your breath soothe you,

Guide you,

Let it be your anchor.

Begin to sense the quiet beneath your thoughts,

The soft space between your breath.

What do you need to let go of to be here just for you in this moment?

We are all in seasons of life,

And the quiet truth is,

You are right on time.

We are always growing,

Learning at our own pace,

The space you are in.

Allow your thoughts to settle and notice what your heart is whispering.

What is your heart saying to you in this moment?

What does it feel like to land right where you are,

No judgments,

No expectations,

Just this moment for you,

This moment for love,

This quote by Breonna Weist.

Becoming yourself is soul work.

It is reaching into the deepest parts of yourself and bringing them into the light.

It is asking yourself the hardest questions until you arrive at the truest answers.

It is keeping your word firstly to yourself.

It is learning to lean into your kindest,

Most beautiful parts.

It is taking your spirit and bringing it into form.

What does it mean to bring light and love to yourself?

Feel the love pulse through your body.

If it feels comfortable,

Place your hands on your heart.

Feel the softness wrapping around you.

Your heart is your home,

Your safety.

Offer the love and kindness you so easily give to others back to yourself.

Envision the most beautiful sunset.

You are that sunset.

All the beautiful colors.

Envision the most beautiful sunrise,

The beginning of a new day.

You are everything beautiful in between.

I am allowed to take my time,

Just as the sun takes its time,

Setting and rising,

Rising and setting,

That beautiful time between.

Comfort those parts of you.

Know that you are right on time.

Your season has a purpose.

Be so gentle with yourself.

Notice where your heart is.

Feel the love and light coursing through your body,

The lightness.

Feel it in your heart space.

Take this feeling,

Whatever your need from it,

And carry it with you.

Honor your season.

You are right on time.

Breathe in,

And maybe a big sigh out.

Take this feeling.

Begin to softly return to the room.

Bring a gentle movement back to your body.

This meditation felt like a sweet journey back to the truth. I needed this gentle reminder today that it’s okay to move slowly and honor the season I am in. 💕
