Within you is a quiet eternal light,

Always ready to rise,

Always ready to guide you home.

Welcome dear one,

My name is Lauren and I'm so grateful you're here.

Thank you for gifting yourself this time,

This space to cleanse,

Clear,

Soften and return home to your whole self.

Before we begin our full body energy cleanse,

I invite you to gather anything that helps you feel deeply supported.

A cozy blanket,

A bolster or perhaps a pillow for underneath your knees,

Maybe a pillow for underneath your head,

Maybe even grabbing an eye covering,

An eye pillow or a soft scarf or even a cloth so you might block the light from filtering through your eyelids so you can go even deeper into stillness.

You might also dim the lights and perhaps even light a gentle incense and allow your space to become a sanctuary,

An oasis for your nervous system.

And when you're ready,

Start to arrive into the most comfortable,

Restful Shavasana,

Lying down on your back,

Using those props,

Those supports that you have gathered,

Finding your shape,

Finding your way,

Getting cozy.

You might start to close down through the eyes if that feels welcomed and place an eye covering,

If desired,

Over the closed eyelids and allow your arms to rest gently by your sides,

Palms open to receive and could you allow the body to melt into the earth beneath you as if gravity is cradling you with softness.

Take your time to settle,

Let your breath begin to slow,

Let your whole being arrive and we'll begin with a simple but powerful pranayama practice,

A combination of the breath of joy and dergah pranayam,

But without having to move anything other than the breath breathing into the body.

This breath invites prana,

Life force energy,

To rise and build within you and this will be a three-part inhale,

Like three little sips in,

As if you're doing the breath of joy,

Combined with filling up with prana through the belly,

Ribs,

And chest,

Like in dergah pranayam.

So when you're ready,

We'll begin by taking a gentle sip in through the nose,

Inhaling one-third of the breath into the belly,

Then inhale one-third more into the ribs,

And your final sip,

Inhale one-third more into the upper chest,

Filling completely,

And now if possible,

Could you hold the breath softly at the top,

A breath retention,

Kumbhaka,

Not forcing,

Simply allowing the prana to gather,

Radiant and bright.

Hold for a moment longer,

And then release everything in a powerful open mouth exhale,

A soft letting go,

A surrender,

A melting,

And we'll repeat two more times.

Inhale belly,

Ribs,

Chest,

Holding at the top,

Let the prana build,

And release with a powerful exhale.

Last time,

Inhale a sip into the belly,

Sip into the ribs,

And fill up into the chest,

Holding the fullness,

Letting that prana shimmer through you,

And exhale completely,

Fully,

And effortlessly,

Let it all go.

Letting the whole body relax even deeper into the earth now,

And let your breath return to a natural gentle rhythm.

Notice how you feel here,

Notice any clenching or tension that might be lingering in the body,

Give yourself permission to let it go,

Let it go,

Let it melt away,

There's no need to hold on to it anymore,

Let go of the gripping,

And let every single muscle in your body completely relax,

There's no need to brace for anything.

An invitation now to gently welcome in an intention for this energy cleanse,

Perhaps a gentle whisper from your heart or your soul,

To release what feels heavy,

To clear what no longer serves,

To make space for what is new and exciting,

Or maybe simply soften into a deeper sense of ease and openness.

You might now repeat silently in your mind whatever arises here,

As you are the only one that knows exactly what you need at this time.

Allow your intention to fill up in your whole heart,

It could even be a feeling that you'd like to cultivate in your life,

Tapping into whatever arises here.

You might now repeat silently in your mind the following messages to begin to allow your body to receive energy healing.

I let go of heaviness,

Tension,

And old stories.

I open to new possibilities and fresh energy.

I welcome spaciousness in my mind.

Body and heart.

I allow healing to flow through every layer of my being,

And myself as worthy,

Whole,

And enough.

I am open to receive healing for my highest good.

I believe that dreams do come true,

And I believe that my dream life is here.

Could you feel yourself starting to open to receiving a full body energy cleanse?

From the top of your head to the tips of your toes,

A full energy cleanse sweeping through every part of you,

In every layer,

On every level.

We'll begin a slow intentional journey through the body,

Clearing,

Softening,

And soothing each space with compassion.

As we move,

Imagine the healing light not only touching each area,

But gently loosening stagnant energy,

Dissolving old patterns,

And creating new spaciousness for harmony.

And ease.

Could you allow your awareness to travel to the crown of your head,

The very top of your head?

Imagine a soft light pouring in,

Or maybe the gentle glow of the sun setting.

As it enters,

Could you feel it sweeping through the mind,

Over activity,

And scattered thoughts?

This light creates spaciousness in your inner world,

Making room for insight,

Stillness,

And a sense of clear knowing.

Feel it floating to the space between your brows.

Could you allow softness to expand here,

And let the light move into this center,

Gently untying the knots of overthinking,

And it starts to quiet the mental noise even more.

And feel it brushing away,

Sweeping away old stories,

Expectations,

And loops of thought,

Pouring over your third eye center,

As if rinsing the mind with clarity.

It invites intuition,

Calm,

Clear focus,

And inner vision.

Awareness now shifts.

Relax your jaw.

Imagine the light enveloping this space in your throat,

Melting tension,

Dissolving tightness,

And clearing the pathways of communication.

Feel it softening any fear around speaking your truth,

Authenticity,

And open expression.

Feel any stagnant energy here,

At your throat space,

Being swept away.

Can you allow your awareness now to travel to your heart center,

And see the light swirling here.

Could you imagine the light expanding in your heart,

And feel it lifting heaviness,

And loosening the grip of old emotional imprints,

And soothing the raw edges of past experiences.

This healing light restores your heart's natural rhythm of giving and receiving,

Opening you to compassion,

Softness,

And love,

From the sweet center of your heart,

Down into the lungs.

Could you notice the rise and fall of your breath here,

Of your expansion,

And contraction,

Of prana.

Invite the light into your lungs,

Like a refreshing breeze.

Feel it clearing out lingering sorrow,

Releasing tightness,

And widening the space for deeper,

More nourishing breaths.

This clearing creates room for renewal,

Spaciousness,

And emotional freedom.

Could you notice that you can now breathe a little freer,

A little easier.

Things aren't as tight or restricted.

Room to breathe.

Now,

Might you welcome in the cheering of the parakeets in the background,

Moving your awareness gently now to the right side of your body.

Imagine the light settling here,

Like a cool medicinal balm,

As it touches this space of the liver,

A place where emotions are held,

A place where anger and frustration chooses to reside.

Could you feel the light softening fiery emotions,

Easing irritability,

And dissolving the hardened energy of pent-up frustration.

This healing encourages forgiveness,

Patience,

And gentle flow.

Again,

The parakeets cheer.

Allow the light to gather at your center,

The place of your stomach,

And your solar plexus,

Your seat of power and inner fire.

Could you welcome the light to warm this space,

Releasing nervous tension,

Untangling emotional knots,

And clearing the residue of self-doubt,

Of worry,

Of anxiety.

This is often the place where we feel the emotion,

The energy of anxiety and tension,

And where our self-worth builds from,

Or is depleted from.

Allow the light to shine here,

To expand,

And notice how it strengthens your confidence and reminds you of your worth.

And your inner steadiness reminds you to be here with yourself.

Be here now,

In this moment.

And now,

Shift your awareness to the left side of your body.

See the light beginning to cradle your body,

Feel your spleen in a gentle glow.

Feel it easing patterns of over-caring,

Softening the urge to hold responsibilities that aren't yours,

And dissolving the heaviness of persistent worry.

This healing brings emotional grounding,

Ease,

And steadiness here.

Allow your awareness to travel to your lower back,

To your chest.

Imagine the light bathing the kidneys now.

Feel it releasing fear from the body,

Soothing places where stress or survival energy might linger,

And replenishing your sense of inner safety.

The kidneys show us that this is where fear sometimes takes hold in the body,

Depletion or stress.

This light roots you deeply,

Wrapping you in reassurance and resilience.

Imagine the kidneys.

If there's still light in the lower back,

Let it be there,

And let it just start to trickle,

Like a little stream.

A stream flowing through this area,

A place known to store old stories and deep memories.

Feel it loosening tightness,

Softening what feels held,

Clearing what you are ready to release,

Allowing the space to open,

Making room for grounding,

And a renewed sense of who you are becoming.

Feel it washing away heaviness,

Fatigue,

Or stagnation.

Notice the light in and out the soles of the feet,

Sending any remaining old energy into the earth to be transformed and purified.

This final sweep restores your connection to the ground beneath you,

Supporting your path forward with clarity and ease.

Your whole body is now clear and washed in gentle radiance.

The essence of being balanced is with you.

Could you imagine your entire body starting from the soles of the feet,

And this glow ascends of the entire body until it reaches the crown of your head?

Once again,

Completing and gifting your whole body with balance,

Harmony,

And clarity.

See your energy field as a soft sphere of light surrounding you,

Pulsing,

Breathing every cell,

Every layer of your being,

In perfect harmony.

Love and light into your whole body and into your energy field.

Begin inviting your awareness back into your physical body,

Softly returning from your inner journey as though you're floating back into the shape of yourself.

Feel the spaciousness inside you,

The lightness that was created,

The steady rhythm of your breath guiding you home.

Now in your mind's eye,

Could you begin to trace the outline of your body with your awareness as if your attention were a warm beam of light drawing a gentle glowing line around you?

Start at the crown of your head,

Slowly traveling down across the forehead,

The temples,

The cheeks,

And jaw.

Let that line of awareness drift down the sides of your neck,

Across your shoulders,

And all the way down your arms to the tips of your fingers.

Sense that glow returning back up the arms,

Across the chest and heart space.

Down.

Trace the outline down each leg,

Thighs,

Knees,

Shins,

All the way down to your ankles and toes.

Feel this light completing its circuit,

The spine,

And returning once more to the crown.

As the outline completes itself,

Feel your whole body illuminated,

Contained,

Fully returned,

Fully invited deeper nourishing breath in through the nose,

Gathering all the cleansing,

All the clarity that you have cultivated here today,

Drawing it into your center,

And exhale it to anchor it deeply within you.

Know that your healing,

This intelligence that you have awakened within the body will remain with you long after this practice is over.

Trust in its abilities and its wisdom.

You might wish to linger here as long as time allows,

And if you desire to do so,

Or you might start to reawaken,

Beginning to invite some very small,

Gentle movements back into your beautiful body.

You might wiggle the fingers and toes,

A soft roll or rock of the head from side to side,

Each movement reminding you that you are here in this renewed,

Refined energy to slowly guide you back We'll return to one more gentle round of pranayama,

Inhaling our three gentle sips and a nice,

Powerful exhale.

Let's begin.

Breathing in,

Three sips into the belly.

One,

Rebs,

Two,

All the way up with prana holding softly at the top here.

Exhaling whenever you feel ready,

And let your breath return to its natural rhythm.

You might wish to bend your knees,

Stretch your arms overhead if it feels good,

Taking your time if you are reemerging and reawakening.
