Let us sink into the invisible space. We often strive too much in daily life in order to achieve what we want. What if we can relax more into space and let the invisible healing hands support us in our journey.

Hi,

Welcome to this meditation.

Let us close our eyes and relax into space.

The difference we can make is going out of our mind and going beyond the mind into the space of our body.

This space is effortlessly,

Endlessly.

It's like we step into a moving particle of space inside of us.

It feels like new,

Bigger,

Different,

But yet very comfortable.

Like this space has no boundaries.

It feels like it's stretching effortlessly,

Endlessly.

This space will guide us to a deeper knowing inside of our body.

A place where we have all the answers.

And a place where we feel so held and at home.

The more we effortlessly being easy to revisit this space,

The more we will make a connection with it in our daily life.

It's like normally in daily life,

We're so cut off from what we truly are.

Ultimately,

We want to be that person who is fulfilled in our own being,

In our own presence.

Where's the deeper understanding and wisdom connected to the source?

And yet it can be very simple for us to learn to make this connection.

To sink into nothingness.

But even the word nothingness can bring up some triggers.

Because our personality doesn't like to be nothing,

Nobody.

As we often strive for being the best or being the one who is always the one in the spotlight.

That's our ego.

Our ego tries to pull us away from what we truly are.

Our deeper true self is contented with nothing.

It's happy with just being having the simplest things in life and feeling fulfilled and rich.

Yet,

Money can be an important factor in our life.

But it comes in a true different form.

It's like we first start feeding ourselves with emotional foods before the real foods.

We nourish ourselves to the energy available in space.

This is like the nourishment from the soul,

Before the soul,

The heart and the body.

Once we try to relax more into that and trust this process,

We will feel the changes in our body.

Like we feel our body feels very full and nourished,

Helped and loved.

And strangely enough,

This feels at home.

What if this is the feeling we have been looking for such a long time?

Trying to search for it in a job or new career,

New house,

New place to live.

And we never really found a true contentment.

We knew we were meant to be for more.

That our job is just some sort of a role we play temporarily in this life.

And even that can change any day or any time.

Because it's within or without our own control.

Once the personality starts to understand this more,

It will be able to relax or give in.

Maybe you want to call it give up.

Let the changes of my words show you the change of your body.

Do you feel it is relaxing more?

Because our body always holds the true answers for us.

The striving outward for more is secretly costing us a lot of energy.

That we try to force something in a certain direction.

It's like I or we are in control.

And feel right now how much of your energy that is taking.

How tired you might feel,

Or slightly disappointed or discontented with the results.

All of that,

Let it be present.

And simultaneously let your body relax into space.

It's like giving your body right now,

In this moment,

A place to recuperate,

Revitalize and re-energize.

Like your body is so tired.

Maybe your soul feels tired.

Relax into it,

Give into it.

It's like there are many healing,

Helping hands around you.

Holding your body right now,

With invisible hands.

Let the support come in.

Let your body be washed in energy and peace.

Breathe that in.

Relax even deeper.

And when ready,

Breathe out.

Relax even deeper.

And when ready,

Breathe out.

The more you're able to relax and give in,

The more of this energy your body is receiving right now.

And feel how this energy is feel.

Is it strong?

Vibrating?

Energizing?

Is it holding you with new strength?

Vitality?

Let it into the body.

And breathe that in.

And all we have to do,

Is remember that we can always come back to this place.

To recharge and revitalize the body.

Breathe that in.

Keep sinking into relaxation.

That's it.

Enjoy the moment.

That's it.

Enjoy the peace and the nothingness.

Enjoy the invisible support.

And feel how this energy is coming with true understanding.

Unconditional support.

We truly can remember that we don't need to do it all alone.

The I,

The One,

Who is striving every day to make it work.

What if we can relax this a little more?

Just a little more.

And know we are supported and held on our journey.

That's it.

Feel how you feel right now.
