Let us be guided from a place of separation to a place of oneness. Our mind often keeps us separated from what we deeply long for in daily life. Melting into our inner place of oneness will help us to connect to true Peace, Love and Abundance.

Hi,

Welcome to this meditation.

Let us close our eyes and go on a journey within.

Closing our eyes will help us to shut off from the world outside ourselves.

We want to learn and find and go on the journey of separation and learn to differentiate how it is to live from our mind or within our body or heart or soul.

And while we slow down and you let my words come into your body,

You feel your breathing is changing.

As if there are long,

Soft pauses in between the breathing.

You start to feel more at ease in your body and you feel it's able to relax your whole nervous system.

Just softly breathe through this.

As if there's any tension you're still holding.

It feels effortless to release this in peace.

Like relaxation is very effortless in this stage.

Once you start to tap into this new feeling,

You start to see how easy it is to relax into this space you're feeling.

It's like there is a new space opening from within.

Normally and in daily life we're so used to look outside ourselves.

We live in our mind and it feels like we're stuck in a little box in our head.

And right now it feels like we're drifting out of that box and melting more and more into our inner space.

In this consciousness you're carrying right now,

You can feel the clear difference between the two.

As if you have a very simple choice to make.

Where do you want to be?

Where do you feel more comfortable?

And simultaneously,

Automatically,

We're sinking deeper into our inner space.

It's like this space is growing,

Stretching.

And we can travel endlessly through this space,

Deeper into our consciousness and our body.

Breathe that in.

Take a deep,

Long,

Relaxing breath in.

Let it melt into the whole body.

Let your whole body absorb your deep,

Long breaths.

And nourish like every cell in the body.

And when ready,

Breathe out and release.

This soft,

Long breathing will help you to relax even deeper in the space you feel opening within your body.

It's like your physical body is starting to relax deeper and accept the connection with this space.

It almost feels like we're stepping into our energy body,

Our energy consciousness.

Like we have left the mind,

We've left the physical body behind.

And right now,

We're deeper melting into space,

Spaciousness.

Breathe that in.

Nourish and relax the whole body while breathing.

And when ready,

Breathe out.

It's like you give yourself permission to relax and to be safe in this space.

And if this brings up any triggers or any fear or you feel your body is holding something,

Just keep relaxing into it.

Relax.

I always use the words,

Let go.

Like you're letting go deeper into your inner space.

Deeper into consciousness.

And relax into it.

That's it.

Breathe that in through the nose.

Relax into the body.

Now we are fully present in our internal space.

What we notice is that we feel different.

We start to feel fulfilled,

Whole,

One,

And love.

And those are the feelings which we often challenge connecting with in a direct way.

Because in our daily life,

We often live and act from our mind.

Our mind immediately creates separation.

It starts to compare ourselves with the people or the events outside of ourselves.

Makes us feel not good enough.

Make us push harder to achieve our goals.

And it's never truly satisfied.

And now we have to go beyond the mind and the thinking.

And we're present in the space of alternity.

We feel different.

We feel that this space is filling us up with wholeness.

Like our body feels full.

Nourished.

The energy is thicker and moving slowly through the body.

Breathe that in.

The more we start to trust and feel at ease in this space,

We will start to recognize that this is our natural state of being.

That we feel very comfortable in this space.

And again,

Relax into it.

So what it means that we feel whole and comfortable in this space?

It means that everything we're longing for,

Or anything we search for,

Anything we look for outside ourselves,

Is already here,

Present in the now.

This will help you to deeper understand that any wishes for the future can be created here.

And let us start practicing.

Let's bring in an abundance of peace.

Let this energy surround your whole body.

You have an inner knowing telling you that you can feel this abundance of peace surrounding you right now.

It's inside your mind,

Your body,

Your nervous system,

Your heart.

Allow peace to be present.

And breathe that in.

Breathe in this energy in order to let it settle in the body.

Breathe that in.

Let go.

So what if we bring in the energy of love?

What does the word love bring to you in an energy sense?

Do you feel a new,

Uplifted feeling?

Do you feel joyful,

Warm?

Let it absorb into your body.

Let the abundance of love be present.

Nourish all the cells in the body.

And let us practice with abundance.

All the abundance we've been seeking for,

Longing for,

Is present here right now.

Breathe that in.

Breathe that in and relax.

Now we've practiced with peace,

Love,

And abundance.

You will start to notice that there's a big change and difference in how we feel in normal life about these qualities.

And how we can change that.

And how we can be with them right now in this meditation.

And the more we will revisit this place,

Trust,

Surrender,

And receive,

The more it will become our natural state of being.

We go away from the separation we feel through our mind or daily life into wholeness and oneness within our body.

That we deeply know and understand that everything we seek for is inside of us abundantly.

So,

What if it's only us having to make a shift or change?

And adapt bit by bit to a new lifestyle or new way of being.

We start to differentiate between what is the mind who is judgmentally always looking outside itself.

And the more we peace down,

Calm down,

We start to find this oneness within our body and our energy space.

Let my words come in just by breathing deeply and let go.

Let it nourish in your whole body,

Your cells.

And notice the calmness in your mind.

That's it.

Welcome,

Welcome in this space where there is so much abundance waiting for you.

So,

Let go of your mind and let go of your body.

Breathe that in one last time.

Let it settle in your whole body and let go.

This was the end of the meditation.

Gently start to wake up and move your body a little bit and come back.

Open your eyes and find a smile waiting on your face.
