Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position,

Keeping your spine upright but relaxed.

Allow your hands to rest gently in your lap.

Gently close your eyes or lower your gaze and bring your awareness to the rhythm of your breathing.

Take a deep inhale through your nostrils,

Feeling your belly expand and slowly exhale out through pursed lips.

With each cycle of breath,

You're settling more deeply into this present moment.

Now bring your attention inward,

Tuning into the sensations and aliveness of your physical body.

Start at the crown of your head and slowly scan down.

This may seem simple and obvious,

But relax your scalp,

Noticing areas of tightness or tension as you go,

Releasing any areas of gripping or holding as you exhale fully.

As you take your next inhale,

Imagine your mind as a vast landscape,

Filled with the scent of rich earth after a thunderstorm.

As you exhale,

This landscape comes into view before you,

Cluttered with large,

Heavy boulders.

These boulders represent the many stresses,

Obligations and demands you've been carrying.

At work,

At home,

Within yourself.

Locate the largest,

Densest boulder and examine it closely.

Perhaps this rock is the weight of an upcoming work deadline,

Its rough edges digging into your shoulders.

As you breathe out slowly,

Engage the muscles of your core and envision rolling this massive burden away,

Expelling it from your path with every ounce of strength.

As you push it away,

Feel the lightness and freedom of that weight being lifted.

Next,

Look for the rock comprised of a relationship strain or family tension.

See its jagged edges as you run your hands over it,

And with your exhale begin pushing and heaving,

Moving your arms to shed away this obstacle,

Piece by piece.

Continue in this way,

Locating each rock or burden,

Money stress,

Self-doubt,

Feelings of being pulled in too many directions.

Breathe into it,

Get acquainted with its density and rough form and then engage your breath and body to tear it away.

With each exhalation,

More of your inner landscape is cleared,

Becoming an open field of spacious possibility,

Fertile and ready for you to plant your focus.

In the distance,

You can see the beacon of your deepest goal,

That which you most want to achieve or experience in this moment.

What is it you want to accomplish or manifest?

Don't just see it,

Feel it in the energy pulsing from within you.

Now take a few grounding breaths,

Staying focused solely on this singular intention glowing on the horizon.

Nothing else matters right now besides putting one foot in front of the other toward this radiant point of light.

Notice any doubts or perceived limitations that arise and simply observe them without attachment.

You don't need to fight or resist them,

That only gives them power,

Instead return your laser-like concentration to the path ahead.

You've cleared the way by releasing your burdens.

All your strength and determination can now be fully leveraged toward manifesting your vision in reality.

Anchor this profound clarity and single-pointed focus into every cell of your being.

When you're ready,

Gently blink your eyes open,

Carrying this intentional energy with you.

Write down your goal and any inspired next steps that come to mind.

Let this be the guiding force that propels you into focused,

Purposeful action.
