Guide your meditation to activate love and vibrate abundance.

Lean back in a comfortable position with your legs spread apart and your palms facing upwards.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose and feeling yourself so expanded.

So grateful to be here right now.

We're going to go on a journey to activate the love hormone.

We all have it within us.

And there's different ways for us to strengthen our capacity to love.

When we connect to our breath and we breathe and expand,

We're in alignment with love because love is all about expansion.

Feel that expansion right now inhaling for a count of five.

This brings us in heart coherence and it activates our vagus nerve,

The nerve that stimulates our healing,

Regenerative,

Loving physiology.

We have within us the most powerful tools to bring us back again and again to love.

It's all within us.

And the more we do this meditation,

We listen to it,

The stronger our immune system becomes.

We also become more emotionally resilient.

We learn how to know peace and love.

Allow yourself to feel the sensations as they arise throughout this meditation.

Allow that activation now within yourself.

And are you willing to allow it to come from our creator of all that is that created us,

From the most loving,

Purely unconditionally loving place?

Allow yourself to bring your attention now to your heart.

We're going to get our heart on.

Feeling your heart.

Expanding your chest,

Your abdomen.

Feeling those ribs expanding and elongating the muscles in between the ribs.

Assessing how your heart feels right now and just simply being the witness like a video camera and noticing the sensations in your chest,

Your heart.

You have a physical heart and an emotional heart and an energetic heart.

Is your heart open or does it feel guarded?

Whatever it is,

Just breathe and expand.

Decide to love it wherever it's at.

It's perfect for you.

Whatever's happening right now in your heart,

Be the witness of it and lovingly breathe and expand it.

Resentment.

If you're struggling with feeling in your heart,

Take your finger pads and tap,

This helps you to move any stuck energy or emotions.

Some of us are holding a lot of tension in the heart and the chest.

Maybe we feel overwhelmed or we pressure ourselves or sometimes we don't feel good enough or we're angry at ourselves or we're sad about something.

The heart tenses up when that happens.

So we're going to inhale,

Sniff,

Sniff,

Sniff and expand,

Expand,

Expand.

Hold your breath at the end of that to stretch the fascia of the heart,

To stretch those tissues where you felt bound down.

And it's a process.

I invite you to do this again and again and again,

Sniff and two more and stay open,

Stay expanded,

Stay elongated and learn more every single day the feeling of that.

Welcome the feeling of an open heart,

Of an expanded heart.

And to believe that there is a creator that loves us,

That you're here on purpose,

To have thoughts and feelings that make you feel so good regardless of what's going on around you.

You create your state.

You're learning how to be your best friend,

Your biggest cheerleader and how to accept love from our divine creator now.

Creator loves me.

I'm here on purpose.

Choosing to create thoughts and beliefs that inspire you to energize your heart.

And are you willing to know what it feels like to forgive?

Would you like to have a deeper understanding of forgiveness at its core level?

And allow yourself to think right now,

Feel about what am I holding onto that I am bitter about,

Resentful about,

That I feel guilty about,

Just allowing yourself to reflect.

Is there anything in your heart that you regret that you've done?

Make sure to welcome those sensations always.

Is there anything I'm holding onto?

Any resentments,

Any bitterness towards my parents,

Towards the world,

Towards the government,

Towards my friends,

Towards my children,

Towards my pet?

What am I holding onto still?

And let those emotions come up and you can sound them out.

Ah.

Maybe there's anger,

Rage,

Frustration,

Upsetment,

Overwhelm.

Maybe you're upset at yourself.

And inviting yourself this opportunity to get it off your chest.

Remember,

You can tap on your chest.

Ah.

Simply being with your heart,

Being with everything that's been there,

And feeling it,

And flowing it,

And sounding it,

And loving it.

Ah.

You're doing great.

Some of us,

It's hard for us to be with our emotions.

So you could tell yourself,

It's okay,

I'm here,

I'm staying,

I choose to stay,

I choose to listen now.

I'm here for you now.

And are you willing to know what it's like for you to be emotionally available to yourself?

And for it to be natural and normal for you to be there for yourself even more?

If you'd like that,

Say yes.

And are you willing to know what it's like to forgive yourself for the past if you ever were not there for yourself?

If you put yourself down,

Or if you self-loathed,

Or if you resisted receiving love,

If it was hard for you in the past?

Would you like to forgive yourself and know what it feels like now to be forgiven?

If you'd like it,

Would you like to know what it's like to feel free of the past,

Free of anything that you've been holding or struggling,

Any scarcity or lack,

To just feel free from the past thoughts,

Perceptions that weighed you down?

Are you willing to know what it feels like to know peace,

To know peace at the deepest core level of your body,

Your mind,

Your soul?

And are you willing to activate in your DNA the feelings of peace in every cell of your body,

The feelings of tranquility and calm,

Trusting yourself and feeling safe and supported,

Secure,

Remembering that our Creator loves us?

Now you love yourself so much more and accept yourself that it causes you to feel so safe now.

Welcome those new feelings in right now,

Now,

In the here and now.

Imagining yourself as the most loving,

Receptive being.

You have become so aware of how loved you are.

We do our best to make everything work for everyone and their desires and their wishes and their beliefs.

Imagine this way of being in the world and with yourself,

Where you let yourself feel what's really there,

Where we let go of shame and we let go of guilt and expectations and we just simply choose to love again and again and again.

Where there's only acceptance of all.

You share what you believe and everybody accepts you because that's what you believe and you have permission to be yourself.

Where everyone is sovereign,

Everyone is a self-thinker and free and we work together where there is unification,

Freedom for all.

I choose to be more intuitive and trust my heart and I love it.

I choose to accept myself and I love it.

Whenever I feel down or not sure,

I hug myself.

It's okay.

I don't have to feel happy all the time.

When old stuff comes up,

I hold space for myself.

I feel and I flow.

I come back to loving myself through it.

I decide to be an embodiment of love and I decide to go back to love again and again.

And I'm grateful for it.
